here you can ask questions about anything ranging from when in the series are we starting from to where do i post first you can post your question here or pm them to me or any of the vcs or crew members and we will asnwer it and post both the question and answer here just in case any one wanted to ask the same question

I have a question, im sure its been asked multiple times, But i am abit confused on the powers listing...Since we do seem to have a limit, i'll use the vampire profile for an example, I notice, if i want to make a normal vampire whom is lets say around the age of 2000+ I know that the three law powers are a given and dont count on the 2 given, So does this mean i must pick any two that a typical vampire can do(not ones that only certain vampire ranks can do)
and my question is....do i have to pick two from the giant list of powers, so that if i pick Improved Strength and Speed and mesmerizing with the eyes they will not get Heightened Endurance and Resistance and Improved Senses
the reason i ask is because the way everything is worded...because they all make it sound like its a normal thing a vampire would get regardless of what rank they have
i know its probably a dumb question but im just making sure so i can make the profile correct

A Few questions:
1. If a rank is available can I claim it? Or must I apply?
2. How are the powers of each rank ranked? I have read the list and don't quite understand. Is a knight weaker than a guard? Or does it more matter on the RPC not the rank?
3. For mages the "spells" that can be learned are all Dark souls spells.... is this all I am limited to? If so this is super limiting and disappointing and I'd like to rework the system because there is so much more that could be done with mages than what is currently in place. (in my humble opinion)

They would resemble wind bullets or slices but instead of wind magic it would just be the shock waves to attack from a distance.
