What level are you? Are you PVE or PVP? I have many opinions on priest builds but need to know....information *does crappy Short Circuit impersonation*

I would also like to personally suggest Elitest Jerks they have almost always had good up to date information on different builds and step by step mathematic equations as to why they stack what they stack, be it crit, haste, SP, spirit, int and the like. Their priest info is very in depth. You also need to consider spell rotation and make sure you have the right stats to support specific builds. Thats why cookie cutters don't always work.
But this is my priest's holy PVE build Mightysmitor and I am not lying when I say I am mostly a T7.5 priest and I shame T8+ priests. Good luck smile

Do you wanna be raid/party heals like a shammy or tank healer like a paladin?

It really depends what you want to do.

I used to look at some of my old servers best raid healers, and take what I felt worked for me from their builds, until it suited me. I'm gonna link my freshly dinged priest, but I use the same one on my main priest, for raids and heroics. Shadow also. Sakiel

I just got my Priest to lvl 80, and am considering my options for just a cut-rate healing spec for 5-man Heroics, maybe join up a 10-man Naxxramas or Obsidian Sanctum.
Would discipline or holy be preferable for a newb healer to spam about? I'm leaning maybe holy just so I can have that option to newb raid with.
