I can't find the video but around 3 years ago, Verizon had problems understanding that there's a difference between $.002 and .002 cents. xD more math classes are needed yo.

The scary part is when I first saw it, I tried it out on several people on my college campus. You wouldn't believe the number of people who can't tell the difference between the .002 dollars and .002 cents. sweatdrop
