Since you're here, I guess you want to know a little more about how this event works. Read on! We have answers!
Your goal is to get ingredients to make potions. You get these by interacting with the characters of Black Jack, Jack Ripper and Oya Tiyana; say, through RPing a little trick or treat scene, or through a game.
At the end of the event, you'll trade your ingredients to the mysterious old bobcat, Hazel, who will attempt to brew them into potions. Be warned that not every potion will come out the way it's supposed to. Some potions, like the Custom Clam Summon are much harder to make than ones like the Vamp potion. Something to keep in mind when you're questing for items.
Q. How do I get these items?
Games may happen in the main shop thread at any time.
RP will mainly take place in each character's thread, here in the guild.

Feel free to drop into their threads to say hello at any time. You may have to wait a bit for a response (who knows what those crazy animals get up to?), but it'll be worth it when it comes.
Q. Do I have to have an otter/predator already to participate?
Nope. This event is open to everyone. In the event you create a potion you can't use yet because you don't have a pet, you can hold onto it for later.
Q. If I don't have an otter, what do I RP?
You can use a human (yourself or an OC) or if you'd like a pet from another shop (er, one that you own from another shop).
Q. How do I know what ingredients to get for my recipe?
Well, that's the tricky bit, isn't it? Clues will be posted throughout the event and, if they're in a good mood, The Three may help you along your way. You can see a list of clues posted so far here.
Q. What if I end up with ingredients that don't make anything?
They'll all make something. Promise.
Q. How many ingredients can I get?
I dunno; how big are your pockets? Ingredients are unlimited. Grab as many as The Three will let you get your hands on.
Q. Can I trade ingredients with someone else?
Yes, if you both post about it here. Posts/trades elsewhere won't count, so don't forget to do this.

There's a list of who has what in each character thread, first post. If you think there's a mistake on a list, please bring it to my attention so we can sort out what happened.
Q. How many potions can I brew?
2 per person. That's per Gaia person, not per otter you're RPing or OC your RPing or whatever. 2 per username. And no mules, please. Mules make me upset.
Q. When's the flatsale?
I don't know yet, but when I do I'll post it all over the dang place. You'll have at least a few days notice, so don't panic.
Q. How do I trigger the triggered events?
Pft. Nice try. Surprise events will remain a surprise, kay?
Q. When does the event open? When does it end?
It opens Wed Oct 7. It closes Sun Nov 1.
Q. How did the people get picked to play shop characters?
That's kinda none of your business, really. Anyway, it was Lumi's choice.
