 Home to cunning, snow white flowers, freshly-turned dirt of the grave and a powder of curious properties.The home of Jack Ripper isn't really all that hard to find. In fact, it is the most 'human' type home you might find on the reserve. And by human type, I mean there is only one table, draped with a fine, cream colored linen cloth and a lit candle sitting in a silver candle stick, sitting under a sad willow tree.
"Welcome to my humble abode..." a deep voice, with a slight British accent, sounds from behind you and when you turn, sitting there, as if he had been there all along was a bobcat, having on a pair of clean white cufflinks, with shiny golden buttons. A black top hat perched in a tilted fashion on his ear and a ring around his eye that looks like a monocle. But wrapped around him was a black cape, almost as black as the night is dark.
A smirk slowly forms on his muzzle, a fang peeking out, but there is something in his eyes, a danger and threat that isn't to be taken lightly. "Oh, I must apoligize for my rude manners. My name is Jack...Jack Ripper. How do you do?" he said, bowing and standing up, making his way to the lone table.
"I am quite sure you haven't exactly come here to make my acquintance, you're here for something." he stated, straightening the table cloth with a paw, "I would gladly give you what you seek, but it hardly seems fair. To give you what you seek, I also would like something in return. But what it is....I will not say just yet. It keeps things....fun and mysterious. And believe me...my fun has only just begun!" he said, giving a deep, dangerous chuckle before walking into the shadows of the tree and disappearing.

A List of Jack Ripper's ingrediants:
A Moonflower blossom, a handful of graveyard dirt, and a pouch of sparkling dust.
  
You may be asking, "But Moochi, how do I get these awesome items?!" for which Jack will smack you for speaking like a goob. Well, I honestly don't know. Jack is pretty much a mystery. He may want to hear a story that will keep his interest, he may want you to go out and retrieve something for him, or he may just walk up to you and lay the item at your feet without any explanation. Only Jack knows what Jack will do.
Jack will also be giving away little mischief makers during the event. Again, I don't know how he will go about it, he may make a big ta-do or just plop one on your head when you aren't looking. Just remember to keep on your toes when Jack is wandering about in the shadows. He does love his fun and games.

Billy was scouting, something he'd taken up after having seen a notice warning of shady characters roaming around. He was curious, what scientist wouldn't be, as well as concerned for the safety of his friends and all good animals alike. Morphed in his blue costume he felt more safe than if he'd gone out roaming in civilian clothing, at least as a ranger he was prepared to deal with almost everything that might be out there. Or at least that's what he would've liked to have thought, especially when All Hallow's Eve would be coming.
Noticing a place he hadn't seen before, he took a deep breath. "Hello? Is anyone home?" He slipped inside when no answer came, eyes taking in the lone table covered with cloth and supporting a silver candlestick with a flickering flame upon the candle's wick. He squinted his brows together, confused, since someone must be home if a candle was lit.
"Hello?" he tried once more, before shrugging his shoulders up and turning to leave.

"Hello there young man..." a deep voice said from behind Billy, the shadow dashing by him quickly and then materializing next to the table. Jack dusted off his cape, looking at the blue clad otter with a smirk, "So very rare I ever get visitors. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jack, Jack Ripper. And yourself young sir?" he asked, tipping his hat to him.

He tried not to jump at the deep voice. His eyes widened at the quickness the bobcat displayed, behind him one moment and the next standing next to the table. A loud gulp signaled that he was indeed afraid.
Jack Ripper? he thought to himself. That was doing nothing to make him feel less on edge.
"I'm the Blue Power Ranger," he responded, eyes shifting under his helmet. Honestly, he and the others needed to come up with codenames. It sounded so silly introducing himself as a color. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." He hoped his voice hadn't cracked.

Anna was still curious about all the new comers, and while some would have erred on the side of caution she did not. She didn't even believe that curiosity had killed the cat...probably because she had seen her mama do it and then make a nice kitty pie...well only once but the memory was lodged firmly in her mind. She slipped curiously towards the abode of the newest bobcat to make himself known on the reserve. Tucked in her trusty hoodie pouch was a fine bottle of her mothers sweet red wine, of course what made her mothers wine so very red was a secret to most.
"Hello?" She called out curiously hoping she could pretend for a little while that this was a mere social call. Anna let her eyes wander from beneath her hood curiously taking in every sight she could.

socks meandered over to the table, attracted by the flame of the candle in the candlestick. this place certainly looked a lot less scary than that cave with the skulls in it. he turned when he heard jack's deep voice, and saw another bobcat like him, though this one much bigger than he was. he was also relieved that he could understand this fellow a lot easier than the lady wolf. "hi mr. jack! er, or do ya prefer mr. ripper, sir?"

Jack smirked mockingly at the blue clad otter, but before he could say more, two more voices rang out at him and he looked about to the newcomers. Seeing a female otter with a red hoodie and a small, black and white kitten of a bobcat, he laughed heartily, "Even more visitors!! This must truly be my lucky night!! Welcome to my abode!!" he said, tipping his hat to them all. He then lowered his head to the kitten bob, winking as he smirked, "You may call me Jack, sir makes me feel...old..." he said, straightening back up.

Billy didn't like the look of the bobcat's smirk but he couldn't convince himself to just turn around and leave. So he stayed, his front paws flexing in his gloves. He shifted a bit to the side with the arrival of Anna and Socks, wondering how they would take to him, if they noticed him at all. He rather hoped they didn't.
"So, Jack..." the ranger attempted to think of something to say. "What brings you to the Oasis?" Open mouth, insert foot, ask stupid question-at least he had a talent.

"ok, mr. jack!" socks replied. he glanced over at the otter dressed in very blue clothing when he heard him speak. "yeah mr. jack! haven't seen you around here before. are ya looking for something? i'm good at helping to find things!"

Anna smiled wryly to herself, another jack hmm? Wonder if this one is as bad as the other two. She slipped in a bit closer and tipped her head politely.
"Pleasure to meet you...I wanted to welcome you to the oasis..."
She slid the bottle out of her pouch and presented it to him with a flourish.

Scarlet's snow white pelt glinted under the moonlight like a ghost in the night as she flew silently between the trees. There was a small slip of paper in her paws, something she found among many others like it, scattered randomly across the reserve. It mentioned something about vampires... and fangs and blood. There was something else on it too, but she couldn't decipher the smudged words. Now Scarlet wasn't afraid to admit that the things that had been going on in the reserve lately made her nervous, but at the same time a spark of curiosity arose within her. She felt inclined to find out what these slips of paper meant. The pale angel knew she had to be careful with whom she talked to as well. Strangers weren't on her fond side, due to past experiences...
The soft glow of light emanating from the base of a willow tree caught the angelic's attention. She fluttered gracefully to the ground, holding tightly onto the small slip of paper as she timidly approached the tree. By the glow of the candle light, she made out a group of characters gathered around what appeared to be a bobcat. Blood from her halo pattered onto her forehead a few times. Four. Just four of them, for now. Still, groups of any kind made her feel nervous. She sat a distance from the others, hoping not to be noticed as she waited for the group to clear up a bit. Though her pure-white pelt most likely put her at a disadvantage...

Jack contemplated torturing this little group for a bit with little mindgames, but decided not too. The little bob looked too innocent and Jack always had a soft spot for those who held onto theirs. "Oh no little bob, I'm not looking for anything. It will be me that others will come to to find things for the next few weeks." he explained in his own mysterious words.
He then looked to the blue otter, smirking, "My business is my own good sir, but I will say this. Many changes will be coming to the Oasis, big changes. Myself and two of my....friends.....are here to..you could say, be guides. If they are good or bad...well, it will depend on your point of view." he said with a small shrug under his cape.
When presented with the bottle, a fanged smile lit his muzzle and he stepped closer to her, graciously taking the bottle and inspecting the contents inside, "I must say, I have never received such a fine gift in welcome! I would feel just terrible if I did not give something in thanks to you." he said, and before she could protest, he reached inside his cape and pulled out a delicate, white flower, as white as the moon.
(Yes, I have decided Jack will give out ingredients and mini's during my rp's here in his Haunt thread! It's going to be random though!)
Setting the flower before her, he tipped his hat to her before sauntering over to his table, not before glancing over his shoulder, "I do hope you will be joining us young miss? I have yet to meet one of the famed Angelics of the Reserve. Do we not make good company?" he asked, sitting on one side of the table and inviting the others to gather round. "Tea anyone?" he asked.

"oh, ok." he pondered what jack said. "is one'a your friends that big wolf lady in the cave? cuz she's new too. or at least, i've never seen her around here before."
he giggled when he saw jack give the moonblossom flower over to anna. "hey look, you gotta flower just like mine! they're pretty, huh?"
