Mostly facebook is handy for organising catch ups with friends. Everyone seems to check their facebook messages much more frequently than old fashioned email. sad

I find that funny because the only time I even know that I have a facebook message is through the email notifications. Seems a little redundant, don't ya think? razz
That's how my mom is. I refuse to use Facebook, because Google crawls all over it, and you can pull too much of someone's info from that with a name search. What's the point of having a profile somewhere is you have to make it private all the time? :S

i get the feeling that facebook is ripping off gaia.
or maybe they are just stealing their artists and tech people.
