Hmm... That's a tough question. I would say it all depends on what you want to do most in life. I'd choose the thing you like most to be your major, and the class you want to take along with it to be your minor. (You might be able to have lots of minors, but I wouldn't know. I'd ask somebody who's been to college.)
For instance, I want to be an author and illustrator, so I want to major in literature and have a minor in art.

Keep in mind that you don't have to "officially" decide until your Junior year. Start with your gen eds, take some basic classes in all 3 areas as electives - and see what you like/don't like about them. A lot of people I know where biology majors, before they realized that a biology career invovled something other than playing with animals - now they're eduction majors. The best way to figure it out is to dabble in all of them, find your passion!

Think about which skills are more marketable.
It's tough to make a career as a novelist. If you went for English or Literature, you'd likely end up going into publishing or something along those lines, and publishing is a pretty tough industry to get into. My friend has a sister who went for an English major and for a long time she couldn't get a job because she couldn't find a publisher who would take her on without a good deal of experience. So, that might not be the best way to go. But, if you were to get your Literature degree and get certified to teach, then you'd have a fairly decent shot at getting a job.
Honestly, I don't know all that much about animation and game design, but I'm guessing that those are pretty subjective fields, and anything that's extremely subjective and dependant on what certain people like is difficult to make a living in. So, again, if you go for either of those, you may want to either double major.
What you can also do is look at the majors you're interested in and see if any of them have overlapping classes. If there are a bunch of classes that are required by more than one of the majors you're interested in, then go ahead and double major.
But, as fallenangel_Asha said, unless you plan on going for a highly specialized school, you don't have to decide right away. You can go in as an undecided major and take a year or two to get a feel for the different classes and decide which direction you want to go in. That's the great thing about liberal arts schools. If you aren't entirely sure what you want to do, you can either go in as undecided or change your major.

fallenangel_Asha Hey Anges, just wait till you actually get in and start the college life...it's a whole new world! Not like Aladdin, but different... smile Honestly, I can't wait to go to college. I'm really excited to get there. It's just the applications and auditions and essays that I'm not particularly fond of. I wish I could fast-forward through the whole process and skip to the part where I get an acceptance letter.

well, me being a senior, i have to think about this stuff more than any one... but i honestly havent given anything much thought except for music and writing. I mean, me and my buddy pretty much know what we are doin and where we are going so im not worried, but for you... idk man, what you wanna do most? i mean it depends in college, lots of places have so many options that you dont really need to worry about it. so maybe you just need to look at what colleges you want to go to and see if they provide what your looking for at the price you want. if price is an issue than go to a community college that will transfer you into the college you want. and thats my advice.
