Is October! Yaaaaay!
I was just making a flier for domestic violence (since I suddenly got super-pissed at Twilight) and I looked online and found out it's domestic violence awareness month!!
So now I'm making a purple ribbon to wear. heart
Also: I found a bunch of stuff on domestic violence online. This is in my flier:
Does your partner:
· Constantly watch over you?
· Intimidate you?
· Look at you or act in ways that scare you?
· Put you in danger?
· Prevent you from attending school?
· Destroy or damage your property?
· Isolate you from friends or family members?
· Act jealous or suspicious of others you see?

Abuse is:
· Calling bad names or putting you down
· Shouting and cursing
· Hitting, slapping and/or pushing
· Threatening of any kind
· Jealously and suspicion
· Keeping you away from family and friends
· Throwing things around the house
· Any kind of physical violence or threat of physical violence to get control
· Emotional or mental abuse, such as playing mind games, making you feel crazy, or constantly putting you down or criticizing you
· Making you do anything you don’t want to do
· Making you feel badly about yourself
