Physical Description: Foust is skinny enough that you can see his spine and ribs, although he is also somewhat muscular. His skin is semi tan and he has dark red, fluffy hair, except for his bangs, which go down to his eyes. All of his teeth are sharp, and are similar to a sharks set of teeth but only one row. He has neon green eyes, which have a somewhat hypnotic quality to them. His nationality is Australian. Foust wears the standard Soul Reaper outfit, but his right sleeve is cut off, and his bottom of the outfit is more like baggy pants. Underneath the shinigami top, his a sleeveless chainmail shirt, that covers only his torso and neck. This metal coat of skin helps to take some of the punch out f the impact of an attack.
Accessories: A shark tooth choker. He occasionally wears a dark red beanie with a flame sown into it.
Personality: Foust is amazingly kind to all people and animals, just not arachnids. He will help anyone he thinks needs aid and if someone is hurt beyond his abilities he will help them to a medic. If he sees someone getting attacked by a group of thugs, Foust is the kind of person who would jump in and fight against the odds. He is over confident and wants to protect those he cares about, and will attack any who messes with his friends or carelessly attacks an animals. All animals love Foust and won’t really attack him unless the animal as being controlled somehow. When bored he will go find an animal to play with or fall asleep in a tree. He is not the smartest person by any means, and readily acknowledges that fact. He knows what he needs to know, and that's that. It’s not like he is some brute. Foust is deathly scared of arachnids. If he sees one he most likely will freak out, shout something stupid, swear, or anything of the sort. Also, due to the manner of his death, Foust has a most terrible fear of deep waters, such as lakes, seas, and oceans, this is also partially due to the fact that he cannot swim.

Biography: Foust was born in a town on the huge island Australia, but on that fateful day, a truck driver fell asleep behind the wheel and somehow put more pressure on the gas pedal. When his parent's car passed the intersection, the truck slammed into the front left side, and instantly killed his parents. People rushed over to see if anyone survived the brutal crash and they pulled a crying baby out of the car that luckily seemed to be unharmed. With no family members to go to, Foust went to an adoption home where he stayed until he was nine years old. On his ninth birthday he was adopted into a good family that consisted of a mom, dad, and a little four year old brother.
Everyone in the town liked Foust because he was so kind, nice, and funny. When he got into junior high school he started to fight bullies and continued to do so in high school, too.
When he turned seventeen he felt obligated to look after his little brother more. One day, Foust and his little brother were hanging out near a cliff that overlooked the ocean. His little brother went near the cliff while Foust was not looking and with his luck, tripped. Fortunately, he had caught onto the ledge and hung on for dear life. Foust ran over shouting, “I’ll save you just don’t let go!”, he grabbed his little brother’s arms and tried to pull him up, but the boy was so scared that all he could do was thrash about. As Foust finally managed to get the boy up, he somehow fell backwards off the cliff, smiling as he did with the knowledge that his brother was at least safe. Foust hit the water with a large splash and started to sink, farther and farther as he tried his best to reach the surface. Darkness enveloped him, and when he opened his eyes, he was in the Soul Society, and couldn't remember his full name. He only knew his first name was Foust, and that he was Australian.

As Foust releases his sword, the zanpakuto glows with a firey orange color, then bursts into flame, engulfing the sword and rushing onto both of his arms. After a moment, the first vanishes, revealing red, spiked armor that covers both of his arms up to the shoulder.
Kihaku no Kasai - (Soul of the Fire)
In shikai, Foust can control, generate, shape, and otherwise manipulate fire. For example, he can make the fire stay on his armor to make it more lethal, or cause it to fire out of his hands like beams or as fireballs. Since it is his own zanpakutō, Foust is unaffected by the flames.
Tsumetachi no Kasai - (Claws of Fire)
In shikai, Foust may concentrate a large amount of fire into his hands, creating large claws of fire, which he may then use as extensions of his own arms.
Ryuuseihi - (Flare Meteor)
Foust channels fire and reiatsu into his hands, forming a large ball of flames which can be augmented to whatever size he wishes, based on and restricted by the amount of reiatsu that he puts into the attack. For the time being, the maximum size is the same as Foust's height. Once the desired size has been achieved, he may release in a large blast, firing the "meteor" at high speeds towards his enemy.
