Okay obviously this clan is dead....... sweatdrop
But never fear Underdo....i mean Bless is here! xP
So ive came up with a to do list to fix this clan up. 3nodding
1. To have a successful clan you need just afew things. ;D
~Alot of members that are active.
~Banners & a Nice Homepage that tells us who we are and what we do and why they should join.
~A Good Nice Staff keeps the place going and stays at a neutral mood when it comes to clan affairs such as when fights break out we should be trying to fix the situation in a nice and logical manner and NOT FLYING OFF THE HANDLE AND CUSSING THEM OUT!... rolleyes well anyways moderators should be making sure things run smoothly and still keeps this place FUN for EVERYONE! ^_^
~ Obviously we need to advertise but thats what banners are for aswell as sending out Clan Announcements & keeping our Advertisement Thread alive. 3nodding
Note: Do we have a Advertisement Thread?
2. A new Homepage & Banners is needed BADLY! If any VC(s) or the Captain is up to it i suggest they work something up cuz who ever is supposed to be working on it is obviously not doing there job so one of ya need to take over the project ASAP! wink
Note: I would work on it but i do not have access to edit the Homepage.
3. Forum work........ugh this forum is a disaster whats WHAT??? i cant figure this place out and its filled with ALOT of......nothing....ya need some interesting topics here to get ppl interested in this place so they will COME BACK MORE OFTEN! Contests should be moved to the main forum if you ask me..... 3nodding And some ppl do not KNOW where to go here so if a chart could be made up to tell ppl which subforum is for what that would be great. xD
4. An Advertisement Thread is needed but first will need to accomplish afew of the tasks above before i can make one.
What do we do?
Who are we?
Whats Our Motto or Slogan?

5. Getting active members......well if we get these tasks above accomplished we should have active members and new ones. whee

Mizu agrees on the point that the contests (I mean ban/rate ppl above, letter game, riddles/puzzles, etc in bazzar) should be moved to main forum, most of them are the most active threads, and definitely more people would participate.
It could be a good start.
Also the subforums should get some deep cleaning as most of threads are dead since I entered (probably before then).

And now you do. Now I'm off to go watch some online Powerpoints about Canadian Health legislation and regulation that will eventually rule my life so I can pass the online test I've been putting off to make up for the one I failed t'day. xp

I think the contests should stay in the contest subfourm. That's what it's for. The hompega eshould be cleaned up and any topic that hasn't been updated for a while should be deleted. I remember Audy making a topic where she posted all of the contests that are currently going on, that needs to be updated and kept updated regularly.
We should also come up with some form of advertistment to get poeple to join. I believe the best poeple to advertust to is the newbies as they are less likely to know what to do on Zomg.
