Well gather around ladies and gents because I have a story to tell. So I was on /x/ channel of 4chan the other day and low and behold I come across a posting with a link to some guy's camera who says he's going to do a live footage feed of him using a ouija board. I swear to God in my life I will never use one, but a LIVE feed of it happening? You bet I'm going to watch despite my negative gut feeling about.
So I click the link and I got in there just in time before he decides to do it and I talk to the guy for a bit to get to know him and what his beliefs are. Turned out he was atheist, so naturally he didn't believe in anything paranormal let alone God, but claims his sister is a very intelligent woman and is christian, but had an experience with a ouija board that was negative so that's what determined his decision on giving it a try.
I talked to him for a bit and was polite and respectful to the fact that he didn't believe in any of that stuff and gave him my tips and tricks I learned from other people who dealt with ouija boards, you know things of what to ask, what to say, what NOT to say especially the particular phrase that goes something to the affect of "If there is anything here than give me a sign." I'm told that's the worst thing you can ask. The guy was very nice and respectful as well so it was an interesting chat.
So after the chat, he drank a little of his beer and got out his ouija board, but its wasn't an actual ouija board. It was a 8x11 piece of paper with a hand made "drawn" ouija board on it. Now the reason I WASN'T skeptical about something happening is because I've heard of stories before where someone hand made a ouija board and still got results. He decided to use a guitar pick for his...I guess moving piece? Whatever you want to call it and he began. He kept asking "Is anyone here?" etc etc and he did this for about.....oh I don't know 5 minutes? The guitar pick would ever so slightly move, but considering he had been drinking just a tad bit and the fact that the pick is extremely light weight and easy to move, both him and I agreed that it was probably him moving it. And yes he kept his arms up in the arm with just his fingers touching, but you know how unsteady human touch can be at that angle and holding the weight of your arms in the air without shaking.
No result.....
So he stops and I talked to him a bit more and persuaded that maybe he should try again, but get a real ouija board and I told him if he's adamant on trying to get something then to ask the question you should never ask or to provoke a demon to come out. Morally, I find it wrong that I encouraged him to ask questions you shouldn't ask, knowing full well of what could happen and that I was trying to persuade him in the beginning NOT to do anything. Keep in mind he's also doing this by himself and yes the webcam was pointed at the board when he was doing it.
But anyway, he decides to try again only this time he got out a very heavy gold/metal ring he was wearing. This would help debunk possibilities of him accidentally moving it on his own. He began the questions again, but only this time he started trying to provoke something to come out and as he's doing this in the midst of what he's doing the ring starts to move. If I remember correctly, after he asked if anyone was there the ring slides out to (his) right, his fingers on it of course, but it moved rather quickly this time. He stops...puts the ring back on the paper and he starts his provoking questions again... (god hope I'm remember the order of what happened correctly, but I got it for the most part)....and the rignt slides out again even further, but to (his) left side.
I have some thoughts on that, but I'll discuss some possible debunking after I'm done with the story here. At this point he starts to really provoke what he can to get something to come out as he states (something to the affect of) "Is there any f---ing demons out there? I really want one of you to f--- up my life okay? So get the hell out here...." etc etc etc. And after doing so a minute or so later he suddenly starts coughing and he ran to the, I'm guessing the bathroom that was near by and you can hear him in the background violently vomiting for at lest 5 minutes. In the midst of this happening you can barely...just barely see some type of dark shadowy mist moving around in front of the camera. This can and I mean BARELY be seen so something could have been there something could not.
Knowing, I couldn't help but to immediately pray to God to protect the guy, hoping that he would be okay. It took quite a few minutes before the guy returned to the webcam and you could see from the look on his face he was rather.......puzzled and he looked pale too. He sat for quite a few minutes just staring at the chat screen before he responded. He said he was okay and that while he saw flashes of some sort. I can't remember what he said about the flashes, but that they were just weird. He also mentioned the fact that his dog always comes to him when he calls his dog, but this time when he called his dog (during the video feed) the dog wouldn't come. He ALSO mentioned that his cat NEVER meows, but at that moment of s**t happening his cat meowed.
A cat that never meows, suddenly meows and a dog that always comes when its come...suddenly doesn't come at THAT particular point in time.....kinda odd coincidence don't you guys think? Here's another thing to take in mind. Some people, in general, can't handle alcohol very well, but he stated to me that he's part Irish AND also part Scottish hand guess what...I'm also part Scottish and we scotts and Irish folk can handle beer pretty well. He stated he didn't really drink much of anything and usually a beer is only 5% alcohol. That's not NEARLY enough to get someone violently vomiting all the sudden, and yet despite all that he doesn't think much of it. He said he got weird vibes, but ignored it anyway. Course if you feel strongly for a particular belief, his being AGAINST the belief of paranormal, I can't argue with his way of thinking because that's what he believes. But all those "weird" instances with his pets and his vomiting at THAT particular moment in time and the movement of the ring on the table......its too coincidental.
And that folks is my bed time story for you guys. Hope you enjoyed the read.

Ok, I must admit that my attention span of a squirrell lost me at the third or fourth paragraph. The moving piece is actually called a panclette. Yes, I have made an ouija board out of cardboard with my friends and it was succesfull. I have many interesting stories about it but I'd probably bore you to death. sweatdrop

If its paranormal of anything, even if its a very subtle weird occurance, I doubt I'd be bored. Enlighten me. This can be probably a ouija board experience thread so tell me about ALL your experiences smile

XP Me and my friend snuck out to the garage and cut out a carrdboard ouija board and panchlette. It was my first time using one, and I wasn't really planning to use on again. (although now I am) We met this man named George. As we used the ouija board, the lights kept flickering on and off. The thing is, they were motion sensed lights so we weren't really scared. We had been sitting there, talking for about an hour with this 'ghost'. Our feet had gone to sleep, so we decided to go for s short run. The farther we got from the ouija board, the harder it started to rain. As son as we got into the garage, it stopped raining. Someone threw our ouija board away, and I was kind of freaked out, since you aren't supposed to dispose of a working ouija board. Ever since then, I've been hearing noises and my lights have been flickering and turning off by themselves. I also get the sense that someone's right behind me sometimes. Well, I have more short stories but I'd fill up ten whole pages. Telll me if you wanna hear them. (by the way its ME silence 1199876, who is saying this. I changed my name)

I'm sure they'd enjoy the stories too. I actually have my own personal accounts with a demon in this thread Dream Log It mainly deals with dreams, but it also shows some accounts of actual apparitions. All that happened back at my dad's other house that is now currently sold off. But every once in a while I still have demon dreams and every time I have one I write it down in that blog to keep an account of it.
