Needless to say, many guilds are isolated. With that in consideration I believe its a good idea to host contests (with of course gold prizes) and Gala Events such as Holiday Galas and a Guild Anniversary Gala which would be hosted in either the towns or the forums (with some much needed advertisement in the towns).
Along with announcements going out about these events I'll also post them up here in this thread. If anybody has an idea for events or contests post them here, not on the thread where the event is held
