Welcome to Squad six. There are three things every shinigami should know.

A.) Know your enemy.
B.) Know your place.
C.) Know the policies.

If you live by that simple concept we will get along well enough, but merely knowing the rules and following them are two separate things.

1) Follow the rules set forth by the guild, this includes but is not limited to; retain a relative standard of literacy (no one liners, proper grammar), no god modding (auto hitting, sudden unrealistic surges of power ect), refrain from using OOC in RP threads use parenthesis if necessary, love and romance is to be kept to PG-13 levels, violence may however range to R.

2) Follow the orders of your Captain, and Lieutenant. This is a military organization and higher ranking squad members will be treated with the respect that they have earned. Failure to do so, or direct disobedience will result in disciplinary action.

3) Show proper respect to your Captain and Vice Captain at all times, if you are found disrespecting your Captain or Vice Captain, there will first be a warning, further disrespect will result in disciplinary action will be taken.

4) All missions which division members are sent on must be undertaken until completion, if you are unsure of your ability to complete said mission, do not ask to be assigned to it, or ask for assistance before the mission begins. The nature of all Division 6ths missions are extremely important, failure to complete said missions may have far reaching consequences.

5) Remember that you represent not only yourself, but squad six as a whole. This includes your Captain. Actions which bring shame to your comrades and leadership will be frowned upon greatly.

6) Utilize your chain of command. This means do not go directly to the captain unless you are a fifth seat or above, and even then it is a good idea to route matters through the squads lieutenant to be relayed to Captain Korosu.

7) Failure to comply with these rules will result in a warning based upon severity, repeat offenses will result in removal from the Division.
