I realize that I'm always busy and I miss questions in the forum!
This place is strictly for questions or people posting because they can't find their mood bubble.
If you find a question you can answer, just quote them and respond. I will be editing people's posts and answering them in a this kind of font. I will not be making a new post just so we can keep this place a little organized <3

● How do I contact you?
There are many ways! But for one, never PM me! You can profile comment me, PM the shop's mule, post in the shop, or post questions here.
● I haven't received my order yet, did I do something wrong?
If you sent a trade labeled with the page number, correct amount, and page, I just haven't gotten to your order yet. I only do orders 2 days a week at most, it's often once a week.
This is how it works. I accept the trade once to show that I have sent the orders to my deliverer (Premade bottles, moods, mochi pets, etc) and your make-a-mood (If you ordered one) is complete and posted. You accept the trade telling me you have received your order. Then I fully accept trade once I've been notified that all orders have been sent.
If you have no received your order and I have already accepted payment, feel free to post here.
● How does gifting work?
If you buy a spryte for someone else, you simply put a different name in the "Send this to" section. Every gift spryte is given with the spryte AND the name of the person who gifted the spryte. If you're making a mood bubble for someone else, those are also automatically sent out with a special message and who made it for them.
● You haven't sent me my custom mood bubble and you've already accepted the trade!
First of all, there is a "Pick Up" section for custom mood bubbles, it says it on the top of the page. Secondly, I will never fully accept your trade unless I have been informed that your order has been delivered or I have finish your order and posted it. I really cannot stress this enough.
● Why are you strict?
There are many reasons. One, I make rules clear and opportunities to contact me plentiful. I am an immensely busy person. Trying to release new sprytes, keep the shop updated, and keep customers happy is a huge responsibility. For customers who don't bother reading rules in my shop, in my eyes, do not respect the time I've put into this shop. Ordering ISN'T difficult, but it varies from shop to shop. You don't negotiate with a seller going, "You know I want to buy that one thing from your shop for that one price." "Where is your order?" "Oh, I dunno, it's somewhere."
● Why do you get mad if I PM you?
Well, for one, it's against my rules which meant you didn't read them. The main reason is because I've had lots of art shops in the past that were PMed based. I have important conversations I would like to keep, but I can too busy to sort it out. When my inbox gets full, it starts deleting my old messages. Besides, profile comments are much more convenient for me because I can look at the whole list of messages and answer them accordingly.
● What program do you use?
Photoshop. For both drawing and animating. Don't know how? Google it, it's how I learned and there are tons of tutorials that show it. For profile designing, I use Photoshop for graphics and I code them myself.
● What is your shop history?
So my first shop was pretty decent. Though my art was so.. the necks were so horrible. I hated it. Then I moved to laptop track pad work for my second shop! Slightly better, I just had to draw the heads xD Then I got my tablet on Christmas. Hello third art shop. I was pretty cocky and finally decided on starting my own auctions because you know, every experience is good. Go around the forums~ But then I really missed having a shop. Having regulars, people stopping by, all that jazz. So I made my fourth shop. Then I realized my passion was to make trinkets! I actually loved them from my first shop, it was great! So I made this shop and told myself I'd stick to it! So, here I am ;D

Of course! I will be hiring some MOD's and stuff. I really like guilds though, I feel so powerful >:3! But yes, maybe to do a few things here and there, I'm not sure yet.

as far as sprites are concerned are they all up for purchase?
new, non-bottled, bottled and animal?
i was thinking about ordering some of each category.
oh, and how many may i order at once?
They are all open right now C: All sprytes are pretty much availible to obtain. The only ones that are closed right now is "Evolving Sprytes" because I have absolutely no time to update the customer list and send out the Evolving Reports. Even so, all of them are available for purchase!
You can order as many of you want! What helps is just go through each section, pick what you want, fill out the form. For another section, do the same thing but fill out the form provided. All sections have a different form with different colors and it's easier to see what categories you're ordering from.
Even so, I've had people post more then one order form in a single post! One thing I recommend though is making sure your order is in one place. I hate when people order on one page then order again 20 pages later and say like, "My order is on page __ and page __." It is easier to just order in one whole post.

Demi? How many bumps makes 1 point?
Cant find it anywhere in your journal.
Bumps for points are only available during events since that's when we really need them. For example, I gave over 150 points to bumpers for the contest during the month of my birthday. The people who are bumping are usually doing them optionally or have been officially hired for the shop when there were job positions open.

Oh i see. So bumping in the events. Such as halloween? If your doing an halloween event? Not to be rude, but in the events what it the exchange?
What do you mean? Yes, if I host a Halloween Event. There may be limited edition sprytes you can win, points you can win to obtain point sprytes, etc.
Hoping you see the edit. Yes! I'm very excited. I check each day for the event. I posted in the anncoment feeback thread? On around 20-30 halloween item ideas. Please have an look?
Oh and also, What is the exchange rate? Like 15 bumps = 1 point?
