So... I was just wondering... how did you guys discover Detective Conan/ Case Closed?
This is mine:
When I was getting ready for the first day of 5th grade, it was about 5:30 in
the morning. When I wanted to watch some television I turned to Adult Swim to see what was on. Then, when I first saw Conan, I was like "Oh my gosh!!! that little boy is so CUTE!!!". I started watching it and that's how I got hooked onto it. That's the story on how I discovered Detective Conan/ Case Closed!!! xd

Well, you see, I discovered Detective Conan through curiosity. In forums and other places, I kept seeing Kaitou KID, Heiji and Shinchi/Conan so I went on a mad search for answers that Shinichi would be proud of! (Not really....) And then I discovered it and started reading it! Took a whole summer and two months but I was able to finish it all! Up to whatever chapter I left off at! Mwahahahahahaha.

I've been watching the anime since I was little (half-Japanese) and I remember always getting so scared, but I've watched it since then! So many years...

When I was REALLY young, my friends came to sleep over. We didn't know what to do, but watch TV in our sleeping bags. We turned to adult swim, and started watching Case Closed. We got so hooked onto it, but we were so young we had no idea what they were talking about! LOL. The, a couple of years later, I saw it, and looked it up. It brought back so many memories! Loved it since!

For me it was the same as Saruhno. But at the time i was sleeping over at a friends house. He had a Dish so adult swim [Cartoon Network] was on three hours earlier he was into anime and he was watching it while i was finishing a game. I walked in the living room and saw the show, and well it was off from there

Mine was kinda like Dandelions, I was up late one night and couldn't sleep, I turned on the Tv to Case Closed and I started watch and fell in love with it right away... then a mouth later it was taken off air... crying thank goodness for the internet! biggrin

well you see once when I was very little I turned on the TV and there was this kid (Conan) that said that he was looking for this guys (Black Organization) that gave him a mysterios drug (APTX 4869) then I got scared of that and turned off the TV right away <---that was the first time I ever heared of detective Conan
as the time went by I never remembered that show untill I started watching it with a friends everytime I went to her house <--- we never missed an episode
now I decided that I wanted to watch an anime and Detective Conan seemed like a good option because as long as I remembered I never saw many episodes of that series and it was good so I decided to watch that series so yeah, that's what it happened

I remeber it was like 3rd or 4th grade and i always watched adult swim with my older brothers friends so we can watch family guy. And so i saw a commerical for it to come on, so i stayed up alittle and watched it. I thought that this was awesome show because of all the gore and violence. But there would times it was really scary and all the lights were off so i would close my eyes during then. lol.

my mom is a big anime person.One day i looked at her computer screen and she was watching sumthin.I asked my mom what she was watching and she said Case Closed.She told me about the series.I watched a couple times after that

my mom was watching case closed on on demand...i tried to follow but i had no idea y jimmy's voice was different in is head than out his mouth...so i watched from the beginning and when i ran out of eng dub i started on sub...but now i wanna go back and rewatch the eng dub episodes in sub...but one of my fave lines was "yippee! a car ride!!!" anyways...i just fell in love wit it!!!!
