Very nice! I highly doubt that your story is over 1500 words.
Can I even enter my poem? xD If so, I'll choose it if I don't enter anything else.

8:15 The digital clocked glared the numbers, clearly visibly from Minako's bathroom door. She let out a small sigh, then tipped her head over and started towel drying her incredibly long blond hair. If only she had spent longer soaking in the tub. The steamy water and vanilla scented candles called to her from the bathroom. But no, now that she was done, she had to watch it. She had to face it.
She had to force one foot in front of the other.
The normally cheerful and bubbly 22 year old dragged her feet through the slight mess of her hotel suite. She was dreading turning the television on. It seemed to glare at her from across the room, with a dark foreboding. She spent her sweet time changing into a simple royal blue tanktop and plaid pajama pants. Finally, with nothing else left to do, she arranged her large pillows in a nest around her. Even in her morose mood, she still adored her comfort.
Turning on the television, she catches the tail end of a woman giving away an award to a famous actor. The man went to the podium, grinning and looking on top of the world. Behind him was a screencap of his latest movie. Large waves framed the edges of the image, catching Minako's eye. Her vision seemed to blur, coloured melded together until Minako could see massive tsunami, earth quakes and finally it all ending in ice.
An endless plain of white stretching across the earth.
She snapped out of the vision and shuddered, finding her cheeks wet with tears. Visions were Rei's department! Or Michiru's. Why did they have to come to her too? Ofcourse she knew the answer, all the senshi were seeing it now. But in her emotional state, Minako couldn't help but wonder why they seemed to torment her. Tear her to pieces. She knew, they all knew. Disaster was coming, but from it would come the revolution. Crystal Tokyo would rise, and Usagi would bring great peace.
But first cataclysm, and then would they reveal the secret they had all been keeping. The power they all held. Minako's eyes drifted to her Henshin pen.
It was for this reason she dreaded looking back to the screen. She didn't need to see however, her own voice drifted to her ears. She slowly looked, to see a petite blond girl grinning at the screen. Her blond hair partially tied back in her signature look, a cream coloured dress emphasizing all the right places. She looked beautiful, sparkling in the limelight. There was almost a glow about her, radiating happiness to the crowd. Minako hardly recognized herself. In stark contrast she sat in her plain clothing, her hair slightly damp and clinging her skin. Her eyes were solemn, and her lower lip trembled slightly. She watched herself on screen with disgust, she felt shame and guilt bubble inside of her. How? How was she able to laugh and shine, with this knowledge inside her.
Back on the screen it switched to the trailer for her latest movie. She closed her eyes, willing it away. How could she appear so happy? How could she smile to the world when she knew what was coming? How many of the people she met that night would survive?
She covered her face in her hands.
Then a sweet voice startled her, making her look at the screen again. Rei. On the screen Minako moved off the stage and Rei began her preformance. Minako watched in awe, she was always jealous how Rei could captivate a room with her singing. That was were Rei's passion was. Minako closed her eyes, listening to the lyrics. In that moment it seemed Rei was singing for her. Reminding her of her duty. They were the light, the fire that would keep the survivors going. They were the cheer and the passion that would, atleast in some small way, help keep spirits high. Always. Then the lilting song of Michiru's violin added to Rei's voice, they came together in perfect harmony.
Calm, as well as passion filled Minako. She could feel them, Rei and Michiru in her heart. They carried the burden with her. Beyond that she could feel the others as well. All shining beacons, pillars. She wondered if that was how humanity would see them. All standing together, bringing Earth into the new Age.
Despite the distance she could feel their circle resonating, silently she sent them all Love, and hopefully a bit of courage. She opened her eyes to see Rei and Michiru bowing, then back to her own smiling face. She looked down to see herself transformed, a soldier of love. She gave her reflection on the screen a half smile.
She stood out on the balcony of her suite, eyes on the city skyline. The wind rustled her still damp hair. Tonight, tonight she would weep. Tonight she would feel the burden, feel the weight of the deaths to come. But tomorrow she would smile, and she would hope.
Tada! Dunno where that came from XD Kind of dark, must be a halloween influence. Once again, if I win any prizes I want it to go to the Charity.

(Lil' note: I used English names. Serena- Usagi, Mina-Minako, etc...) ---------------------- "Hey, V-Babe! Hurry up!" Serena yelled at me as we headed to the arcade. School was finally over. We didn't have much homework today, so Serena suggested we go chill at the arcade. Amy wanted to use this extra time to study. Brainy Amy. Lita said she needed to vacuum. She could be such a neat freak. Don't get me started with Ray. She could be difficult to persuade when she was in one of her "moods". So it was just me and Serena this peaceful afternoon. "Wait up!" I yelled back as I ran faster down the sidewalk. When we arrived at the arcade, we were both out of breath. "Phew!" I panted. "Why the rush?" I asked, trying to catch my breath. "I wanted to play the Sailor V game as soon as possible!" Serena said. "You're still into that game? Wow," I said, slightly unimpressed. "Yeah! I made it to another level a few days ago, but I only had one life and died," Serena explained. "Today I will kill that boss!!" she exclaimed with fiery determination. I smiled and rolled my eyes. Typical Serena.
She rushed to the game and suddenly stopped. "Aw, darn! Someone's already on it!" Serena whined. I walked toward the game and leaned over to see who was playing. A boy with dark brown hair and hazel eyes was concentrating hard on shooting the enemies on the screen. He seemed completely oblivious to us. I tried to stifle a laugh when I noticed his tongue sticking out. Serena watched with big eyes as his score quickly increased. Serena said, "Wow! He's good!" I replied, "Yeah, I'm impressed! I look awesome! Watch that Sailor V kick! Ha!" I thrust out my leg to demonstrate. "You? What are you talking about? I'm the one playing," the boy suddenly chimed in. Crap! Stupid me, I can't say that out loud! Serena, realizing what I did, sweated a little. "Y-yeah, that's what I m-meant! I-I'm not even playing!" I stammered. I chuckled nervously and waved my hand as I tried to dismiss the statement. Serena joined in with laughter. "I-it's not like she's Sai-- Mph!" I covered Serena's mouth before she could finish her sentence. The boy glanced up for a moment and continued playing.
After a few minutes, the boy finished and entered his high score. He got third place! He was really good! A Sailor V doll came out as a prize. "Alright!" he exclaimed excitedly. His face lit up with a smile. "Ooo! I want one!" Serena jumped. "Don't you already have one?" I asked. "Uh, I dunno...Oh, well! Can't hurt to have another!" Serena happily said. She took her place in front of the game and begin playing.
The boy was still admiring his doll. I didn't think a guy could be so attached to a doll. It was kind of flattering, though. I'm sure you know why. I decided to inquire. He began to walk away. I stopped him and said, "Hey, kid. You like Sailor V a lot?" He suddenly blushed and turned away. How cute! I couldn't help but smile. He said, "What's it to you?" I replied, "I like Sailor V a lot, too. Have ya' ever met her? She's really cool." His eyes grew big. "Wha? You've met her?! No way! No one's seen her up close up!" "But it's true! I've met her, and we're close friends," I said and crossed my fingers to demonstrate our closeness. He looked at me skeptically. I would look at me like that if I were him, too. What was I getting myself into? "You know," I continued, "she's coming into town tomorrow evening for a quick visit. Maybe you could get a chance to meet her." His cheeks turned red and a big grin slowly formed. "R-really?" he whispered. "Uh-huh," I nodded. "Oh! I forgot to ask your name! Silly me. I'm Mina. What's yours?" I held out my hand and looked as friendly as I could. The boy returned my friendliness and shook my hand. "Tom. Nice to meet you, Mina," he chuckled a little. "Nice to meet you, Tom!" I said. "Go to the park tomorrow at 6:30 near the swings. I'll set everything up. Don't tell anyone, 'kay? V doesn't like a crowd." I winked and put my pointer finger to my lips. "Okay! Thank you, Mina!" he said and walked out. I was glad to make his day. One little appearance wouldn't hurt anything. I walked back over to Serena. She asked, "What were you two talking about?" I replied, "Oh, nothing much."
The next evening at 6:15... I looked at the clock hanging on the wall. Time to go. I told Artemis I was going to take a walk in the park and would be back in about an hour. I grabbed my crescent-shaped compact from its hiding place and walked out. I ran to the park and found a group of secluded trees. I yelled, "Moon Power Transform!!" I went through the trees to the swings and found Tom.
The next afternoon at the arcade... Serena and I were at the arcade again. We were sitting at the race car game talking when Tom ran toward us. "Mina! Mina! She came!" he yelled excitedly! "Who came?" Serena asked. Tom looked at me, and I nodded to give consent to continue. He lowered his voice a little and said, "Sailor V came yesterday just like you said! And look!" He showed us an autographed picture of him with Sailor V smiling. The picture said: "To Tom. Love, your good friend Sailor V." Serena and I looked at each other and smiled. ----------------
Hope you like it. First fanfic. ^_^ I wanted to make a nice lil' story, so I wrote most of during school. P.S. Can I still enter it?
