AgentKaz is right. Murdoc and 2D are strictly platonic. But, because I enjoy doing it, I'm going to play the devil's advocate.
We know that after the accident, Mr. Niccals had to take care of Mr. Tusspot. We don't know exactly what he did to Stu, though. Though it isn't canon, we know Muds is a huge sadist, which means he kindasortaPROBABLY abused Stu-Pot one way or another, at least at one point. Then there's 2D's idolization of Murdoc, (at least Phase One 2D was like that) Isn't that sort of odd, considering that Muds almost killed him, twice?
And let's not forget the 2D voodoo doll. You could argue it's because Murdoc simply hates 2D's guts, but...it just seems sort of suspicious that he'd have a doll of just one bandmate, rather than dolls of the lot of them (I mean, when has Muds said he liked Russ or Noodle?) Why would he enjoy torturing just one bandmate?

@ both: Ah, yes, 2D's voice. If I didn't know better, I'd say he was popping estrogen, n_n. V-Max brought up an interesting point: 2D screaming would sound far too painful...so, Murdoc could use his wails to pester Russ and Noodle?
