Because for those of us in Australia who live in the future, it's Monday, and Sunday for the rest of you, so that technically counts as a new week.
I think we all need to shake off last week and find at least one thing this week that goes right. It can be as big or as small as you want.
I'll start us off: I finally coaxed my knife weilding muse back. Writing, drawing, ponies, all my ideas have reappeared, huzzah!

Today has been quite nice. I slept in a little - but not too late. About 9:30 I drove down to Lilydale Lake (there's a WIN already - I can drive now wooooo! still not quite over the novelty of that yet) anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, I drove down to Lilydale Lake and went for a nice walk around the lake and enjoyed the sunshine.
When I got home, I did my daily stretches and a little more exercise, some Kendo practice, then a shower.
then, Lunch Time!! biggrin Since we didn't have any bread and I couldn't be arsed going out again to get some, I decided to make up my own pasta dish - wish turned out really well!! (if any vampires should stop by, I'll be ready for them. SUPER GARLIC BREATH! *breathes on you all*) I sat outside on the balcony in the sun to eat and listen to all the birds.
Up-coming WINs: *my boyfriend is staying over tomorrow night. YAY! cuddles! heart *aaand, visiting Chee (and Forever if she's there) on Wednesday biggrin

Epic WIN week this is indeed! Yay for the power of combined positive thinking biggrin
guess what!?
I got a job!! A proper one, too!! no more retail!! Huzzah!! biggrin
As of next week I will be typesetting for Entertainment Publications in Hawthorn!
wooooo! Full time work!! $25/hour too surprised

Eli had a great day today at school.
This may not seem like a big thing to some of you but this is his first day that was really great and not horrible or mediocre.
For those who know Eli, you'll understand why this is such a great thing. *is very happy*

I just looked up my score for a test I took last week, and my professor posted everyone's grades on a spreadsheet (no names, just the last four digits of student IDs). I was the only person in a class of 190 people who made a 100.
Yay! Something else to boost my ego! ^.^

Hooray for everybody~
I got a new cell phone after maybe six months without one. And I am super insane dependent on my phone--to tell time, to write down crazy novel ideas, to listen to music, to HAVE CONTACT WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD--so this is really great. :'D
Plus it's a gorgeous phone. Always a bonus. XD
