So I was looking at various artist's profiles, and noticed one of Ethe's friends (the last one).

I guess there isn't much to talk about, since the profile is set private, I just wanted to point this out if it hadn't been before.
The NPC looks like it could be for Halloween, judging by the stitches on it's head. >>

Edit: Apparently he is the Evolving Item Assistant. So no, he is not event related again. But it makes more sense to why he is on the artists' Friendlists

I can't say I have. But the Frankenstein concept isn't new to Gaia... we have a mask.
I don't lurk the GCD, so anything to bring to me from there is still fresh news to me.

This might have been what they meant by a non-human, familiar-looking shopkeeper.
However, I'm hoping that it's related to the H'Ween event. Only one month away, ya? I say it's time to start speculation and plot guessing.

I say it's time to start speculation and plot guessing. Or maybe, she will be introduced as a shopkeeper during Halloween, followed by the animal one at Christmas.

I think someone editted the face a bit in the GCD, and made it look a bit like Zahvigo, or whatever the guy's name is. All they had to do was add a scar and exand the skin above the face stitches to cover the whole face. Kinda makes you wonder if it's actually the sniper with a new face. Stranger things have happened, so I'm not ruling it out just yet.
