The idea of these prompts is to encourage you all to write. Also hopefully they'll keep you busy between posts.
These prompts are just like the regular writing Prompts, but with one key difference:
These prompts are short and quick. We do not expect to see long stories here. These prompts should just fill a few minutes here and there when you are bored.
The way it works is very simple:
If you want to do a 100 word drabble, you choose a single prompt from the list and write a short 100 word story for it. It doesn't have to be 100 words exactly. But try to get as close as you can.
If you want to do single sentence stories, you can pick any 10 random prompts you like or a batch of themed prompts. OR - if you ask me nicely, I might make up a batch of ten random prompts for you personally. You can even suggest a theme, or just take the jumbled up ones. Then you write a single sentence for each one. And this one is open to a little grammar abuse. Commas are your friend.
For both, remember to tell us which character you are writing for!
