I think It'd really cool if we could start our own guild's comic. This is a guild of artists afterall. But first I think we should come up with some kinda plot and then start from there ( plot as in being that the earth has been hit by a meteor that contents have mysterious ooze that gives humans powers...stuff like that):3
I also think that this would be the opportunity that you could use to show off that original character you always wanted, or use your avatar, or even a self-portrait character of yourself set into action.
Once we have decided on a starting plot, it will sorta be like art battle royale; in that people will take turns drawing the next scene in order for the plot to develop
So whaddya say? Artitude's Manga/Comic stays or goes? Plus post your ideas here for the plot. Then from the plots posted, we will take a vote to choose the winning plot!
(p.s., yeah, I copied my own post here, big whoop XD)

here are some plots I came up with:
1) There is an evil orphanage that kidnaps or pays for children so that they can conduct horrible experiments on them, and an Organization trying to stop them. ( evil vs. good)
2) A large meteor hit the earth destroying much of civilization, and while the meteor hit, it released a virus that makes a person infected with it gain supernatural powers. The armies of the world fear this power and attempt to kill all infected persons.
3) We make a manga about our guild and the people in it, somehow, needless to say the plot for this one will be sketchy...no pun intended, I actually mean it will be difficult.
4) In a real world setting, but there are people that can see and sense ghostly presences and monsters and those who can't. This can turn into a detective story, where you can be a ghost or monster or an innocent little school girl.
That's all I got for now, but remember, this will be a guild manga, so don't make the plot revolve around you, please, how fun would that be when we act as side characters? Please come up with a plot that everyone would enjoy drawing in biggrin

Please, for those of you who want to participate in the making of this manga, say so in a post to this thread, or pm me so I can get a rough estimate and figure out how we will take turns making a page.
Of course, when we choose a plot, you can post the introduction to your character anytime you please.

Even though I am not a very good artist I would like to help out some. I tend to have a lot of free time during the normal school year because I am homeschooled so....
I tend to "steal" people's art styles from time to time so I can match up to others pretty well but my own art style is kinda lacking lately.

I'd like to participate. I like plot #3. We could just make it up as we go along, like travalllers on a journey, sort of thing.
As for an introduction, we could all be held up in this room and meeting people, like at a gathering, then, Extint can come up on the stage and start announcing " Welcome to Art-Itude ! Hope you like your stay here! We have some refreshments and snacks. We also have all cool art shops and etc... * points to snack/refreshments table & artsist shops & avatar battle area * " From there we can just kinda mingle with people. Have some weird conversations. We can also have some random moments in there too, just to make it a little entertaining.
Well, that's all i got so far, i guess.

I just had an idea thanks to you emo XD Extinct can choose/make up a plot b/c is is teh leader XD If that is ok with you guys, but maybe we should give possible participants more time razz

Ok, I have one idea for you.
It's kind of like x-men. There will be one person [maybe my avatar], that is trying to put together a group of superhero's to protect the city. The group is called project Z, and and consists of some of the best superhero's there are. They were formed to fight crime, and keep the city peaceful, but what they didnt realise is that there was someone else, putting together an evil group of superhero's, that are about to unleash terror accross the city like never seen before.
Well, there is my idea. Let me know what you think

Well, we would have me as the leader of project Z, and someone else as the leader of the bad guys. Then, everyone else choses sides. Once we have enough people, everyone can post a tektek of the avatar they want to be used in the manga.
Then it will be upto the artists who want to create the manga to begin drawing. They will have to chose between themselves who draws first, and the order of who's drawing and anything else that needs to be decided

That sounds like a good idea to me ! :]
It kinda sounds like the justice league to me or the X-men or whateverr xD. We could make a Thread on all the paricipants & the sides they are on, so we wouldn't get so confused on who's-who.
