Hello.
When I was young, I was raped...does that mean I'll go to hell?
I know to some people it may seem like a stupid question and well, I'm not really a well practiced Muslim ( and I regret not being one sometimes ) so most things I have no idea about, that's why I came here.

No, you will not go to hell! Rape is forced, you probably couldn't do much about it. So don't worry. Whoever raped you, though, should go to hell. And maybe will. Who knows.
But you won't go hell for something you didn't even do. YOU were the victim.

I'm sorry such an awful thing happened to you. No one deserves that.

Subhana'allah. That is horrible, may Allaah protect and guide you in this noble deen. And may He bring your attacker to justice. Amen. No, you are not going to Hell and whoever gave you that idea needs to fear Allaah. Mankind have no power over the Unseen like Allaah SWT. And we cant say who is going to Hell or not. Allaah Knows Best. And since you are a Muslim, thrive to be around good Muslims more and avoid shady places and ppl. Try to improve your deen also; look into learning about Tawheed.

I agree. You were a victim, and a victim deserves not punishment for that reason. This would be like a murder victim going to hell for being murdered, or a car-jacking victim going to jail for getting car-jacked. Not only does it not make any sense, but it's just plain wrong. Assalamualaykum, Subhanallah, I so did not expect this type of a question in this topic. I thought the question be more on how the perpetrator should be punished and maybe an argument or debate over that matter.
In an Islamic state the punishment for a rapist is death, that is the level of sin it is. It's a major sin. However whether that person will go to hell or not, we as human beings don't know as sister Bilqisnargis said, Only Allah (swt) has Knowledge of the Unseen. Regardless of whether he gets punishment in this life by the state or not, he will surely be held accountable on the Day of Judgment Insha'Allah.
Lol it's funny how you're worried about hell regarding this matter, when it's the perpetrator who should be begging for His Lord's Mercy and repent. You're not to be blamed for this, and I really feel sad when I have to see sisters suffer like this. Turn to Allah sister, and sufficient is He to Protect you and Guide you to the Right Path, Alhamdulillah.
Dear sister, I'm really sorry to hear about you having to suffer such an attack, but I hope you don't feel at all guilty for what was done to you because you were forced. And in Islam when you are made to do something evil under compulsion you are forgiven Insha'Allah, because it was not by choice and Allah will not Hold you accountable for that. However never despair the Mercy of Allah, all you have to do is turn to Him for Guidance, and try to take your time and learn more about your Deen, Islam, follow it, and Insha'Allah you will find the best peace of mind. smile So may Allah Guide you, and Protect you and Bless peace upon you ameen.

Yeah, if you got raped, you're the victim. You we're forced to have intercourse. Unless you're the rapist. sweatdrop Then, you're the one who force others to have intercourse.
It's like someone being murdered or being a murderer. That's two different thing.
