As most of you know, Lady GaGa has recently been posing nude for various magazines. It is her body and she can do whatever she wants with it, but in my opinion I feel a little overwhelmed by this.
I mean, it feels like it was only yesterday that she became a popular name in show business and now I go to google and type in Lady GaGa and I am bombarded with pictures of her naked.
I didn't mind her raunchy oufits and costumes. And if she wanted to shoot sparks out of her boobs then ok. But now that she has bared all, there's just nothing left for the imagination. In my eyes, it is sexier to see a girl in skimpy clothing rather than to see her fully nude, it leaves more to the imagination and haves you wondering what's under there. Now that it is out there she is just... boom here's my boobs.
I think this is all too soon for her in her career and I know that people were labeling her as a whore and a slut and a tranny before but now this is giving them more reason to name her those things. I think she is ruining her name by doing this and most people are going to remember her by her nude photos than her voice.

I haven't seen any of her naked pictures, but I can only assume that she's doing them from an artistic standpoint and not to be whorish.

i havent seen any nude pics either but if she is every pop star goes through that at some point in their career thats just part of being a star and im sure we would be doing that if we were in her position

I can see your point of view but they are artistic n***s done in fashion magazines like W. Her whole thing is art. Nudity is in a lot of art. Playboy is very classy so not putting it down, but she isn't even doing playboy so to me it's not like "hey look at my sexy body" it's just for artistic expression.

Personally I don't mind it. :/ I think people will still remember her music over her nudity. Like Madonna. She did that book, 'Sex' with looads of nude pictures of herself engaging in sexual acts and people now don't make a huge fuss over it. She's still remembered for her music. :/
I think she's doing it to still be talked about/sell records. :/ She's a marketing genius. Haha.
AND I really wanna see these nude pictures now. >__>

But she is very comfortable with her body and always has been, she used to be a stripped so obviously it doesn't bother her too much. It's just another cry for attention from her. I think she just likes being in the spotlight at all times, but I don't think this was the way to go in order to achieve that. This is just really obvious attention seeking.

Besides the other point of it being a lousy way to stay relavent, I just find that she's doing too soon and its starting to make me question what else does she have up her sleeve? I mean you can only pull out the naked card so many times before the public gets bored with it (either artistic fashion or pornographic). I really want her to have staying power but I think she need to revisit other ways of stay relavant. Yes sex sells but it can also get boring.

I agree with you, DJ LAZA. I think it is much sexier when women wear skimpy outfits.
I think she's going a bit to far. And, no offense, but her live voice isn't all that good. Or maybe it's because she was dancing around so much?

I've seen her nude pictures and they're all professionally done and artistic.
I mean It's not like that High school musical kid that took pics of herself naked and emailed them xd
