Bumi. Toph is my favorite character, and she is a genious, but bumi has had 100 year+ more experiance than her.

No matter how skilled she is, she's still a 12 year old girl. Bumi's judgement, experience, and maturity would still be superior.

it would be a very good battle, but i think Bumi would win because of his experence. it would still be really fun to watch

i would say toph will win
she may get hurt a bit like how aang almost beat bumi
but u can know that toph is awfully fast and she is blind but she can see so if it was one on one it definitely would be a battle to watch
and skills she learns on the way
so it doesnt matter in experience
toph has also accomplished gins like bumi remember the episode with the saving of bumi
shes waits and listens then strikes
so go toph all the way i know u agree with me vote for toph

Aang almost beat Bumi? neutral No.
As Morgan already pointed out, Bumi knows all of those Jins. (I wonder if that word means anything; Jin is Chinese/Japanese for "person".)
Toph knows three. Bumi took his whole kingdom back in a matter of minutes.

oh what ever bumi wasnt going full power but if aang had learnt all of the elements before meeting him he would win
Toph is just as strong as bumi why would it matter it's a cartoon man iif they were to do a segment or something only the cartoonist and story writer suggest what happens will she win will she not so it doesnt matter in experience even if she knows three gins she's better than other badass people.

It would probably be a tie. They both have their different strengths and weaknesses that would probably cancel each other out.
