Hey i'm new to this guild. Its pretty interesting seeing as how large it is for a single rp =p I like it, but i can't find certain things. Clan request and such. can anyone help me?

you can be in any village but the jutsu you learn in ech is kinda diferent so in the mist water jutsu is at its strongest and if your a fire type person then if your in the mist you have to do double the work to learn the jutsu
