Or being in a relationship, and not being able to see that person for a long period of time. Would you, or would you not continue?

I would continue. Hell. I have never met my boyfriend before. He lives on the other side of the country. In a different one to be exact. It sucks being so young unable to meet each other before 18. But we take it a step at a time.

I tried it. And I always have the will to make it work. The chick doesn't usually. Which has changed my views to "******** long distance relationships." Now, unless you're within a 30 minute drive, I'm not bothering with you.

I am currently in a Long Distance relationship and I think it is going very well. Unless something happens on her end to ruin it I am not letting go.

My girlfriend is going off to college and I can't see her everyday. Even though she's within an hour and a half drive, she can't drive back here just to see me. We're going to try it though

I almost moved half way across the country, but stayed because I don't want to leave her. She's my heart, my happines, my light, my dark. But I would try to make it work..

I got a boyfriend on Gaia who lives in a different country. The time zone difference is seven hours (six where I'm at right now), but we still find time to talk to each other on Gaia.

well, my sis was brilliant enough to fall in love with a foreign exchange student. they kept the LDR going for a year and she went to spend three weeks with him outta the country (he's like, in switzerland and we're in the U.S.) but she's more in love with him now than ever.
if both people are willing, you can keep it goin no prob. that's why we have webcams!

No one wants anticipation haunting your every day. If they're always on the mind, keeping you from focusing on other dedications, then it's not worth the hassle. If you have the time to make it work, then sure, go for it.

I'm in a long distance relationship. He actually left me a couple of months ago to go to the army. I miss his hugs and kisses a lot but I know he still thinks about me each second. I can't wait until I can see him again in December. He's actually the first person who I came out to about my sexuality. :]

I've had a successful LDR before. It lasted for a little over three months before things suddenly fell apart on her end and she disappeared.
I still would be willing to try another LDR again.

WEll,, I've been in a couple lond distance relationships,,
But none never work out..
I believe its cause we really never get to see each other,,
Or get to that I love you stage,,
SO it gets hard to stick together.
But i do believe if you Love them it will workk out just fine.

Hell, I'm in one right now. And even though I'm paraniod about cheating and things like that, I am trying to be good about not breaking up with my bf halfway through the year again. I know we both love each other enough to make it work. However, long distance relationships really depend on the people involved and how hard they work on the relationship. It can work out very well.
I hope I helped...
