An avatar art battle is like a comic, a battle between people's avatars. The way this goes is that someone will start of by drawing a small comic piece of their avatar, and then the next person will draw their avatar with the previous persons avatar, and so on. Its a great way to interact with other guild memebers, and to get free art.
If you want to do one on one battles, thats fine, just make sure you title your thread so that people know not to post.

1. There will only be one main Avatar Art Battle thread in this forum that will be open for everyone, as in you'll just jump in and challenge any one of those artists in there. That will be my thread, which is stickied.
( this rule was added because after some thought, imagine if everyone opens a "For everyone" thread. Its going to be VERY MESSY, VERY BUSY, and just very very hard to manage. Multiple battles in multiple threads. Trust me, i'm going through this experience. Not pleasant at all!!!! )
2. Threads that you set up ( will be private ) will and should have solely and only you as the sole challenger, that means everyone will be only attacking you and only you.
In a nutshell: The main AAB thread is like the common room ( everyone against anyone ), where it is a free-for-all-challenge, whereby further threads that you are going to set up is a private room ( everyone against you or One-on-One ). That'll keep confusion and mess down to minimum.
Why: If we would only have one main battle thread, we will have more participants. The lesser participants we have, the lesser point there is to it, and less fun.
Main thread will be stickied.
3. Please set rules for your thread. smile I'll be looking from time to time to find inappropriate stuff. I hope that i won't find any. Contact me if you find any problems with posters.
4. Put in some effort into your art. Stuff where we can't differentiate a man from a tree will be considered... spam.
5. Don't say we didn't warn you if your thread is taken down!
6. Exceptions to non-private threads are if there is a different theme to it. [ continue-the-story game, etc. etc. ]
