I'm glad her surgery after the inventory explosion was a success. It would have been horrible to be scarred for life.

Thedenomerator? That's a stupid name. Who's he, anyway? I'll bet that he's a really mean, scary guy who eats penguins and hates purple.

Throw in pie, pickles, and cocktail shrimp, and you've summed up my life. And chocolate would work. And mashed potataoes. And... Pretty much anything, save tofu and bell peppers. Actually, I'll eat those, too.

Look under the topic, created by Chaosfox8888, entitled, "My inventory exploded on me".
It's a heartwarming, gripping novel about the death of a boy and the near fatality of a girl about whom no one cares. She survived a possibly painful sugery (she didn't really know if it had been painful or not; she was under anesthesia) to remove the inventory items that were burned into her pixelated flesh. After her miraculous recovery, still no one cared. Oh, and the boy had a funeral and was honored with a paperclip-shaped gravestone.
Crap, I gave away the ending. Oh, well.
