I might as well let you know, since you're so curious. I'm a vampire, and not those pansy vampires either. I don't bother with the 'only eat animals' s**t. I don't get blood packs or anything to avoid feeding off humans. I go to bars, pick up people and make 'em think it'll be a one night stand, then gorge myself on their blood. If they're still alive, I make them my slaves. I'm not the kind, sweet, sparkly vampire all the teenage girls are raving about. I'm the villain. Morals, sympathy, integrity, just words. And so is that stupid 'happy ever after' you humans made up. Villains don't get those... do they?

Helnus sighed as he got out of school. It was the last day before summer break, and he was happy it was over. He walked home slowly, giving his sister enough time to get home. Once he was there, he found her, dead. He noticed a bottle of pills in her hand. he read what it said and his eyes widened. 'Cyanide pills...' He thought as he looked at her, hurt clearly showing. 'She committed suicide.' He could feel tears welling up, but forced them back. He turned and left the house, walking aimlessly. His sister, the last family member he had, was dead. He looked for somewhere, anywhere, that he could get a drink. He found a small, dimly lit bar with a few people in it. Surprisingly, they let him in without bothering to ask him for I.D. He cautiously sat at the bar and ordered a drink, downing it. He'd face the pain tomorrow, but right now he was going to put it off for as long as he could.

Von stared at the boy at the bar with interest. He looks miserable, Von thought, good. Just how I like them. He waited at his booth in the farest corner from the bar until the boy looked a bit too tipsy.

As Helnus finished his first mug, he ordered a second, only sipping at it so he wouldn't get too drunk. He noticed a pale man watching him, but did't care. Right now, even a sex god couldn't deter him. He was mourning his sister, and it seemed wrong to flirt, have sex with, or talk to a guy.

Von was getting impatient. He was watching the boy who just wasnt getting as drunk as he wanted. And, seemingly, that pissed him off. He slowly stood up and walked over to the bar, purposely ignoring the boy. He nodded to the bartender, getting an alchoholic beverage passed to him. "Hey there Von," the bartender greeted. "Long time no see huh?" Von glared at the bartender, aware his that silver eyes were inhuman and horrifying. From this close he could smell the boy, and his scent was intoxicating. He had a hard time not ripping his throut out right here in fromt of everyone.

Helnus's eyes barely flicked over to the man before looking becka at his drink again, still sipping it slowly and making sure he stayed sober enough not to do anything stupid... like commit suicide. He felt another pang as he was reminded of his sister, and was tempted to take a large gulp from his drink, but still kept his pace slow and steady.

Von's nostril flared. Ignoring me back are you, he thought. He looked to the boy then said "Hey there," making sure his eyes changed color and smoldered the boy.

Helnus glanced at the stranger again before returning his gaze back to his drink, nodding a little in greeting. He only did it to show the other that he'd heard him. He didn't want to grace anything the man was going to say with an answer, though those eyes... 'Stop it.' He told himself firmly, being sure to avoid those eyes, lest he forget the promise he'd made himself while in mourning.

Von turned his head so the boy wouldnt see him smirk. I've got him, he thinks. Now to go in for the kill. He looked back to the boy and says a little seductively, "You look down. Anything wrong?" even though he really didnt care. He only wanted to get to that rich thick stuff flowing though his veins.

He glanced at him again, seeing that he didn't plan on going away. He looked ahead, obviously showing that he didn't intend to have an actual conversation with the stranger, instead just nodding once. He didn't know why this stranger was so concerned, and he didn't really care either. He wanted to be left the hell alone so that he could drink and be depressed over his sister's suicide in peace. Was that so hard?

Von was furious. It was enough that he had to act concerned for him, but another to be ignored. With one quick motion he stabed a kind of small syringe into his neck, knocking him unconcious. "Damm kid," he said angrily. The bartender looked to the boy and smirked "Whats to become of this one Von?" Von looked at the barkeep with a sadistic smile "well, considering he was such a pain, I think i might make him a minion." The barkeep laughed then waved him away. Von picked the boy up with one hand and put him in his car.
When the got to the mansion Von put the kid in the basement which looked more like a dungeon. He dropped him on the ground and sunk his fangs into his neck.

Helnus let out a gasp of surprise as the syringe was jammed into his neck, suddenly feeling very drowsy as his vision blurred, slumping forward and unconscious in seconds. Hours later, he woke up, chained to a wall by his wrists. As he continued to look around, he found that there were no windows, and no exits aside from one single door, too far away for him to reach, thanks to the chains. If it weren't bad enough, he looked down to find all of his clothes removed and was bare except for a skimpy amount of cloth over his pelvic area. He blushed a little but was also furious, his aching neck and huge headache only making matters worse for him. What the hell had happened to him?!

Von sense that the boy was awake and entered the room not smiling, his eyes changing from silver, to opaque, then jade, then back to silver agian. "I see you are awake. You infuriated me back at the bare ther. Im giving you two choices, you can become like me and follow in my footsteps, or you can die a slow and painful death. Whichever you choose makes no difference to me. But understand that neither will be pleasent for you. But if you choose to follow me, I pormise to make the change. . . a bit numb. and you might get to meet my sister." Von walks over to the boy and whispers in his ear, "plus i still never caught your name" He looked at his neck then couldnt control himself then just bit him once more, making sure to leave him alive.

Helnus's eyes widened as he saw the stranger, feeling a great amount of fear as he tried to back up against the wall, but to no avail. Infuriated him? For not talking?! Geez! He thought for a moment, and was about to say death, until the unpleasant part came in. As he came closer, Helnus froze, his lower lip trembling a little at what he said. "Agh!" He cried out in pain, with a hint of pleasure as he was bitten. "H-helnus." He managed weakly, feeling his head swim. ((Night))
