I love infletrateing their groups and reporting them all when I have substantial evidence of cybering.
Also, spamming is great!

Find a group of cyberers and tell em this:
What you are doing is sick and wrong and inappropriate to all the people around u! Cyber ruins peoples lives and sometimes cyber could lead to rape in real life! Why dont u stop cybering and go get some in real life if u really are that despret!

wanna know what i hate so much?
in towns, stupid cyberers post town topics about "porn" and "sex" and "cybering" to attract more cyberers. if u really want to catch lots of em then go to those places and tell em what i posted

another way to help stop cyber would be... to go up to them and ask them these questions...
why are you cybering when you dont even know the person?
do u think u r cool when u r disobeying gaia t.o.s?
have u ever experienced any traumatizing events in your life such as sexual abuse, causing u to cyber?
ask them these questions and then they'll think to themselves and hopefully they'll stop cybering
