Personality Cozen is generally very harsh. He doesn't understand most others, nor does he take the time to.

Place in the world Mostly Hell, but I will live in Heaven to balance the magic that resides in me.
Weapons A weapon that was gifted by the royal blood in my veins, a light blue staff with half a circle around a blue stone swirled with white coloration, and a dark red whip with a sharp knife on the end of it for hell. {Both of these weapons are hidden unless Cozen 'calls' or 'summons' them. They can also shift *just the ends of them* into different weapon tops *guns not included*}
Basics of your powers Cozen is from both Heaven and Hell, so he has both darker magic and lighter. He can only use magic that goes along with his location. Summoning darker spirits for hell {Controling the shadows, darkness, fire control.. blah blah blah} and the wind and some light control in heaven. He also has the Royal line magic, meaning he has several different senses then normal races would have. {Will be explained when used}
Bio Cozen was born from both Heaven and Hell. With his mother in Heaven, and His father of Hell, Cozen is a product of a sin. With a law against marages let along child birth from different dimensions, Cozen is both feared, looked up to, and frowed apon, depending on where he is. Living most of his life in hell, where sins don't matter, he is looked up to and respected as a royal. But since he has Angelic magic, Cozen must take time out of his hellion life, and visit his mother in Heaven. While there, he is disliked, feared and strongly abused by the angels. Although he is half of one himself, only some see him for that part, and not for the sin that he is.
Other Cozen is smart, but rash and harsh most of the time. With as crazy as his life is and will continue to be, he is a mixed up fellow, not sure what to think of others. He has some trust issues, and doesn't open up to people easily.

Personality Ukiyo acts kinda high and mighty most of the time, but she can sometimes be quite shy. She's a bit judgmental but she has a fear of being judged by others.

Basics of your powers She can control wind/air, meaning she can control which way the wind blows, how strong the wind is, create tornados (it's not like she would, though) etc.
Bio Ukiyo has been kinda sickly since her birth, lots of people expect her to just drop dead one day. Both of her parents are rich, so she's used to having servants. She was razed to be a proper lady. She has a crush on Cozen Devolin even though she's hardly ever talked to him.

Personality Ceil is very obedient and loyal to the royal family. She’s very quiet, but she normally has strong opinions on certain subjects. She seems spacey at times because she’s always focused on her duty or deep in thought. When she’s meeting people with the royal family, she keeps emotionless, but when meeting people on her own free will, she because timid and nervous. She isn’t sure how to act unless told how.
Role She’s a servant in the royal palace in Heaven, normally assigned to assist the prince when he is in Heaven.

Basics of your powers Her family has always been involved with magic. She only knows basic magic spells like healing small wounds, bending light to become shields and short distance arrows. She’s slowly improving her skills.
Bio Ceil comes from a family of servants. She had helped her mother clean the palace when she was ten. When she turned 13, she started working as a maid directly to the royal family. She lives in the servant quarters in the palace. She enjoys serving the prince and when he leaves, she always goes into his room on her breaks and make sure everything is perfect for when he returns.She goes there mostly because no one is ever goes there and she could be alone.She likes daydream when hiding out, wondering when he’ll be returning home. She feels that even though she only serves them, the royal family a her only friends. She's very protected of Cozen even tho she is younger then him. She's tends to act ages older then she seems.(WIP)
Other She's not use to showing her emotion(and smiling) So when she's off for the day, she goes to the market to try and be sociable tho she still feels awkward.

Bio On the one side, Eliyan is a fun loving and carefree angel, determined to make anybody smile and laugh with his jokes and performances. But deep down inside Eliyan fights with an inner darkness that wills him to do bad things to those around him. To combat this darkness, Eliyan sought out the Blood Sunset Brotherhood and was inducted as the first angel into their ranks. Now he lives a double life like most of his 'brothers', working within the royal palace and traveling about, always aware of his surroundings. When not busy he will still try to entertain those around him, however.

Basics of your Powers: The minor goddess of lightning, Fulgora, granted Kairo the power to harness lightning.
Bio: Kairo lived a life of luxury, being the son of the royals and all. For most of his life Kairo was kept unaware of the presence of his half- brother, Cozen. He's indifferent to his older brother in public, but actually secretly looks up to him. From the stories about Chaos he overheard from the palace servants he grew to absolutely hate the King of Hell. Loves his mother unconditionally and tries to follow her example as a ruler, but sometimes his playful side gets the better of him.
He consoled an angel that was weeping once while he was playing outside the palace. For his sweetness the angel, who turned out to be the Goddess of Lightning -Fulgora, blessed him with an enchanted sword and the power to harness lightning.

*sigh* I guess I can play queen of Heaven until someone wishes to be her. ^^; There is also a king, and another son. If any one is interested, they can play them {One royal per person is what I would like, unless you ask and it is okay by me. ^^}

Personality Basic gist: shy and naive. She will mistrust others before trusting. She... doesn't like people so much and will go out of her way to avoid them... or that's how it has been. So many years alone have made her into a shy and frightful thing that doesn't even like her own shadow or reflection.

Weapons a silver-tipped spear with a shaft made of ash which is not visible. It is concealed as a stiff silver bangle on her wrist. All along the wood are runes that imbune it with the power of her fallen mother.
Basics of your powers Flight, well, obvious. She can warp time in small increments, like... the farthest she has ever gone back is fourteen seconds, but fourteen seconds is enough to save a life. Can also alter probability. Things around her, without her wishing it to or not, will have a much greater chance of spontaneously combusting. She doesn't enjoy it because she prefers air over any other element. When walking... she doesn't touch the ground. She more floats than flies.
Bio Lily was born as any other creature and her mother, three years later, passed away after gifting her daughter with her spear and abilities. After that she was taken in by a kindly older man who nurtured and cared for her like his own children. As she grew and her powers began to manifest, she began to make things happen that wouldn't normally happen to little girls. Fearing for her future, the old man placed a curse on her so she would never grow older, never be tempted to use her powers for bad. As such, she stayed innocent and when her caretaker died, she was forced out into the Otherworld for that was where she belonged. It was.. strang. Much unlike her own Earth and she had to learn how to adapt. Over time, she became more mature, but still stayed innocent in certain ways. Three hundred years ago she was shown horror and after that, she was never the same. Where she used to trust people, she no longer did. Where she could see the best in others, she only saw the darkness living within their hearts. She became cold and sad.

Basics of your powers Rai can enter and talk to peoples minds. She can change her form as she wishes (Hair colour, body shape ect.) and can conjure and control water.
Bio Rai has a very loveable personality, though she can turn nasty if hurt - although this often doesn't happen because she is so shy - she often encases herself in water.

Bio [On one of Oni's trips to Heaven's dimension, he encountered a young Angel who bared his name. After hearing the name a bunch of times, Oni finally snapped and sliced the angels eye out with his katana, leaving a scar and an empty eye socket. When Oni finished his mission and left Heaven, the boy was found in an ally, passed out and bleeding. Little Versus bled all the way to the hospital, and in the end, wound up with blood splattered stained skin. As he got older, Versus ventured out of Heaven and trained with a Hellion on earth, developing powers and skills, then toughening them up. When Versus was finished with his training, he returned to Heaven and became a solider, always hoping to encounter Oni in the future]

Personality [I'm a rather cold and uncaring person,especially for an angel. I tend to stay away from oters but sometimes I do tend to help out others and try to be nice. Since I'm a healing angel I am kind when I heal but other than that I'm cold.]

Basics of your powers [I can control water and fire with my pendents but with out them I can use my blood as a weapon... I can't use it very well becasue if I use to much for to long I can die... so I hardly ever use it... I can use a special aura, passed down through my family, to heal other angels. I call it my healings....I can't use it in battle unless it's to heal. ]
Bio [ I'm not what I look like. Most others think I'ma an Underworlder or a demon of some sort. I came out with black hair and red eyes, the utter opposite of most angels. My parents saw this and they left me for dead... They won. I died when I was about 2 years old, in hospital. I was sent to Heaven and I've been raising myself. When I arrived in Heaven I had my red and blue necklaces and now I work at the hospital healing and I do the recon/assassination missions to the other dimentions.]

Bio [Kario grew up a peaceful child, who never had a reason to get upset. Though that remarkable time of peace was broken when he learned that Cozen was his brother. It took him time to get used to a Hellion being apart of his family, in fact he left home to train himself for three years, just to kill Cozen. When he returned home, however, Cozen was long gone in Hell, and thus, he ended his hatred. Now, he has accepted the fact that Cozen was his sibling, and has resumed his joyful attitude that he had back then. *Couldn't think of anything else x.x* ]
