If you wish to become one of us. You should make a PRP of how you become an arrancar. Through the growth period of your hollow days. Yes, I wish for you to make a PRP in the PRP subforum. Telling of how you become one of us. First, post should be about the last moments of your life, or your last moments of being a roaming soul. Then, you should have 5-10 posts of yourself as a normal hollow, consuming souls to grow stronger.
Once you have done so, you are now a menos class hollow. But, you are now a GILLIAN, the lowest of the Menos class. On the outside you are nothing but a tall looming figure of the Menos Forest underneath the Deserts. On the inside, you are amongst many other hollows, having a mental and physical battle between one another. To gain the dominance of the body. You should have 6-10 posts describing your mental battle.
After that, the GILLIAN has gained a sense of individuality amongst the other dumb and mindless GILLIANS. Your mask is now that of your own. And you have begun your transition from GILLIAN CLASS MENOS to ADJUCHAS. You must find a way to get back to the surface of the deserts of Hueco Mundo. Your a more less humanoid then you were when you first became a hollow. So if you were a hollow who looked like a bird at first, you should look more like a bird now than you did previously. ETCETC. Your main objective now, is to feed more, and find the domain of the arrancars. (Worth 6-10 posts)
If you wish to have a higher reiatsu reserve than the rest of the arrancars, you have to tread the deserts of Hueco Mundo as a VASTO LORDE before coming to the gates of our castle. The VASTO LORDE, the most powerful hollows in existence. We are the ones, who are the closest to the arrancars before our mask removal. We look much more humanoid than before, but still have our whole mask. We tread the deserts, trying to find formidable opponents to kill and feed on, while we find the place where we will become arrancars. Most VASTO LORDES become Espasas, because of their high reiatsu reserves and their immense power. To become one of them, one must post 8-11 times.
Once you have found the gates of the ARRANCAR home. Enter, and come to the courtyard, where one of the ESPADAS will wait for you. They will take you to the room of which the HOUGYOKU rests, and wrap you in bandadges, preparing you for your mask removal. Once you have done so, they will use the power of the HOUGYOKU and remove your mask, during this time, you will lose consciousness. Only to wake up to find yourself, a fleshed being, with fragments around you. You'll find yourself believing everything was a dream and you were human again. But your wrong, you have successfully grown and become one of the most feared beings in the Soul world. AN ARRANCAR. Now you serve under the ESPADA, and will work your way up through the ranks and help LAS NOCHES in the race for power. Will you strive to become an ESPADA? Or serve as a FRACCION?((Basically RP yourself arriving to the castle, and/or meeting an Espada who will take you to the special room, or arrive their by yourself... much easier. Then PM the leader so they could force the power of the hougyoku unto you and turn you into an arrancar))

Pharao's Addition:
Many of you see the prospect of being an Arrancar as something that everyone has the privilage of, wrong.
Most of you in this guild shall start off as Adjucha. Your RP level will determine whether you are Adjucha of whether you are promoted to the upper tier. If your RP skills improve, so will your position. Length of stay has no affect what so ever on your position so don't think by being active and around for a month will have any say so.
So for starters the highest level you can achieve will be Adjucha. The only way to become an Arrancar is with the permission of myself or | Mango |. From there you can earn permission to become a Vasto Lorde but thats only with EXCEPTIONAL RPer's.
PLEASE do not RP up to a Vasto Lorde UNLESS you are given permission! Many of you will NOT be given such power and as such you'll evolve from Adjucha TO Arrancar.
