It is to be seen on the clifts that arose higher then the waters edge.

((It's meant to go with the Twilight Academy name. And this isn't really the only waterfall, just the only within the village. >.> And Twilight wasn't that bad. It offered the possibility that not all vampires are out to suck your blood and eat you or whatever.))

Hatake's White Chakra, Kurama Eyes, and Grass Jounin/ANBU  Vrail appeared out of thin air. He began walking on the water, then he suddenly snuck to the bottom. He swam to the shore, where he deposited his wet clothing and then went back to his swimming.
Hatake Family Tanto
This tanto belonged to Kakashi's father Hatake Sakumo, who was known as "Konoha's White Fang." Using the blade, the unique white chakra will pour forth from Kakashi and his father. This is the Blade that I, Vrail Hatake, have obtained.

Hatake's White Chakra, Kurama Eyes, and Grass Jounin/ANBU Vrail summoned himself, to the top of the water. He was completely naked as he went through some handsigns. He shouted "Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique)" a giant boiling beam of water came out of his mouth. It went through a rock that was in the area.

Hatake's White Chakra, Kurama Eyes, and Grass Jounin/ANBU Vrail quickly ran to the land. He stopped and took some deep breathes. He then made some handseals and then put his fingers together to form a cross. With this completed he focussed his chakra and said "Mizuhada Bunshin No Jutsu (Water Body Clone Technique)" a clone appeared. This was one of the strongest clones Vrail was able to make.

He tucked his arms behind is head and watched the clouds roll by. He would try to figure an animal that they looked like, and he even named some of them.

hibiki saw the falls as he was passing though then decide hhe would go swim in it then he ran home real quick

hibiki came back in his bathing suit and ran and jumped in the pool"yahoo!"then then swam in it and then got out after an hour and ran home.
