My mom's in the hospital.... It's taking a toll on me. I'm thinking to myself now if there was something I missed; something that I should've done or should've picked up. *slumps down* It's hard.... Once you're part of the team that helps heal people, it becomes really hard to become the sick person, or worse yet, the family/friend of the sick person. Even with the knowledge and skills to help; you're helpless.
Worse for me now is that I'm also sick. If I wasn't, I wanted to be there in that hospital room. I wanted to be there to make sure everything is being done right for her. I wanted to be there to help catch quickly anything that's become better or worse with her. I wanted to be there to help make sure she gets better; but I just can't.
I just hope she's okay. I also hope that it's just hypertension and not also a flu...or worse....
*sighs*

ღღ ღღ I know what it feels like to have a family member in the hospital, Trias. But you have to remember, you can only do so much. You haven't failed, you shouldn't feel helpless. I know it's scary. . . Just try to relax and keep her in your prayers, that's all you really can do. She'll be in mine, I hope she gets better. You get better too.ღღ ღღ

I know what that's like, too. Having a mother in the hospital, that is. But it's not your fault. *hugs* You get to feeling better, buddy. Then you can help your mom more. But until you're well, just keep her in your thoughts. Get well soon, both of you.
You've always got us for support, Trias. *nods*
