Intelligent people will stop having children for reasons such as, they cant afford a family right now, they dont want to pass a certain trait down, they waited too long and cant have children..

then people like this will say "OMFG hez so pwetty. we should has babies!!!"
or "Oh noes! My boyfriend just hit me! but hez so pwetty, he remindz me of Eddykins cullen"

and in about 150 years, this is what mankind will become..
