Mine isn't to bad because it's just simple.
But, I feel sorry for people that invested so much effort and time into putting together layouts.
And now they look all... icky. And the comments. WTH? That section totally looks... bad.

Well, my current one isn't too bad, but I'm working on one on a mule to replace this one looks awful. I've been working on it for, like, 3 days now too. crying

I think mine still looks decent with the colours... Might be because I actually used colours that semi-match the bar.
Only thing that I'll have to do is put a border around that animated header of mine. And change some graphics since I don't like them anymore.

I think mine actually looks better... I just need to change a few images so they match up again without the nav section. It's not as bad as I thought it would be, the nav and top bar are fairly unobtrusive. I feel bad for people who spent a huge amount of time on those parts, but I guess you have to expect that when you're using features that haven't been officially announced yet sad

*sigh* Well I'm very glad now that I didn't finish my profile competely. The only thing I really have to change now is the header image as the 'Gaia' doesn't really fit anymore...

Hmm, I -think- I'm good, it doesn't clash as bad as I thought it did...
although I still effing hate the blue, atleast it doesn't look as bad as Garlic's green+blue. 0_0;

Cherry green, pink and white doesn't go at ALL with the blue nav bar. So I left it to the default.
I don't wanna code for another three days then have them change it...again stare
In fact, I'm not feeling up to working with that kind of blue at least not with the effort I have to shell out with my crazy slow computer and lack of time as it is.
Maybe eventually, but I am largely mad about the entire thing. It's lousy. And it's not because they changed...but largely because of what they changed it into crying

I knew they were going to eventually change the profile coding because of the fact that they let us know before hand via the disclaimer on the Theme section of the Profile Edit page. They recently updated the disclaimer as well and noticed that my layout wasn't really effected. I played it smart (perse) from the beginning by using simple CSS codes and not doing anything extreme on the layouts I've created because I knew sooner or later there would be changes and more than likely the changes will continue in later updates of the profiles. ^_^

At first, I was...a bit annoyed, honestly. I spent some time on my navigation, and I wasn't pleased it was replaced. I also wasn't happy about the viewer's avatar no longer being displayed, as I had a code that would make it seem like the viewer had a devil tail.
But thinks were patched and tweaked, and I'm okay now. Like with most new things on Gaia, it'll only be a matter of time until everyone gets used to it, I think.
I just hope they give us some warning the next time they change things so radically.

Did you notice in the theme setup page
you can now pick a color?
(I think there are the main 8 or 10 colors)
But, it doesn't yet change anything. gonk
