Attention Reader,

If you have found this message then that means you have hacked into a file that you shouldn't have. Now that you have opened this file, you must read all of it's contents and then delete it.

What you have found is a top secret file based on an experiment that took place over ten years ago. Most of the evidence of this experiment was destroyed, but not all of it, clearly.

Various countries pooled money together so this experiment could take place, so children babies youths from all over the the world were flown in.

None of them knew what was going to happen to them or where they were going.

In a closed off section of South America, the youths were brought. Ranged from the ages of 4 to 13, they all were told they were to stay in the cabins they were placed in and not to bother each other.

In the weeks that followed, each cabin underwent a different change. In one cabin, all of the children grew wings. In another, some were able to breath underwater. Another, some grew hair all over their bodies, and so on and so forth.

Each child was given some animal DNA into their system when they came off the plane. They were told it was some vaccination for the the place they were going to.

As it turns out, some reacted more to the DNA than others. Those who did react more turned into their animal counter parts more than the others. They grew the features and personalities of the animal they had been injected with.

Those who were there sent reports, and all came back with the same answer.

Terminate the experiment.

Chaos ensued from then on. There were some who knew of the fate that was to befall them, and the news spread fast.

Riots broke out and most of the half-childern escaped. But others were not so lucky.

Those who escaped were given a name. Halflings.

The governments have sent out trackers to retreave those who have escaped and return them to the proper governments.

Bio: Janette was taken to the camp when she was only four and turned five while she was there. She doesn't remember anything about her normal life before the camp and very little of the camp itself. After she escaped the camp, Janette hid around the eastern coast line knowing that where she came from is on the other side of it.

Changes: He is able to transform back and forth between his human and animal self. But not at will.

Personality: A bit unstable, but sane. Since he can't control the lion DNA in him, he often has mood swings or flashes of anger. While he is in control of his human side, Adam's normal kind yet paranoid.
Bio: Before Adam was taken to the camp, he used to live in Washington state. He doesn't remember much other than that. At the camp he was one of the few that were able to get out before anything could happen. The DNA that was injected into him was that of a lion's, it was so strong that he was able to transform into one. However, he couldn't control it and hurt others and himself in the process. After escaping the camp, Adam lived a life in as much solitude as possible for fear of losing control around others.

Personality: For his appearance Alec's very kindhearted, brave, he actually prefers sitting in the dark, and stays quiet most times.
Bio: Yeah, he's an actual liscenced doctor, along with being the older brother of Jewel who she doesn't know, being to young when she was taken to remember him. After being captured at 11, and easily escaping he got as far away from these "Camps" then went to school to be a doctor. He'd always wanted to be one when he was little, thought it would be good to fulfil that dream. He moved back to Georgia and lives on the outskirts of Atlanta, where he treats patients that aren't to afraid of his eyes, or teeth. He'd prefer not to get caught by trackers so he stays low and makes sure nothing about doesn't get around a lot.

Bio: Alexis was 2 when they brought her over and when she realized the transformation she immediately tried to escape. She succeded and heard through the grape vine later about the termination. She was one of the first who had the experiment done and she escaped before the other kids came. She kept an ear out for kids who needed to be somepace safe. She hoped her hiding place was good. She held a safe house for others of the experiment.

"Oh..." Janette sighed leaning against a tree. She had been walking through the dense wood for a while now. If she could cross into Georgia then she could be closer to her roots. At least the temperature was cooling down and it wasn't as hot anymore. She slid down the side of the tree and closed her eyes.

Adam looked around his area. He was at a side-road pit-stop near the boarder line. His motorbike was leaned up on it's stick a few feet away. He looked back down at his burger and bit into it. It tasted okay. He had smelt three trackers over the last two months, and all of them were too close for comfort for him and his paraiona.

Lily looks around.

Adam had swallowed two more bites before another Halfling came up to him. He looked down at her, automatically reconginzing the differenace in her. "Hello," he repiled. Another Halfling in the area, he hadn't met one in a while. "How'd you get here?"
