Since no one's really posting on here, I want to ask a question: want to do a RP over messaging? It'll only be two people, of course, but it'll provide some RP action ^^ I really want to do a star trek roleplay, but so far, none of the guilds I join are doing active RP's.

Hey I would not mind.I am just sorta new to the whole role-playing thing.I find role playing interesting.Is there certain things we must do?I kinda dabble in role playing but am not civilized as to what rules there are to Role Playing if that makes any sense. sweatdrop

Hm... there aren't really rules, just make sure you acknowledge the other person's actions and don't do anything to their characters that they don't want you to do (Like, pushing them off a cliff without their permission). That's pretty much it- come with your imagination, too. Don't make the other person come up with everything! biggrin

Got the idea while looking for a New church.... Went so some Quaker masses.... And also wondered why only Aliens have religion in Star Trek......

Interesting ponder there. My character is this bomb that went off in my head. I thought, hey why not put Spock and McCoy into one person. She's a doctor, not a scientist!

Only aliens have religion because Gene thought humanity would have 'evolved beyond it'. It's the creator's bias, I'm afraid. wink
Shall we not do a Next Generation RP with OCs alongside? It would be nice to play with canon characters.

It's the creator's bias, I'm afraid. wink Which would make sense, if creatures just as advanced evolved beyond it too. Religious themes are prevailant in TOS and DS9, but not in Next Generation.
