Oh come on, people, put some imagination into it. 
I'd love to approach this situation as my Gaian character. I'd most likely be babbling about multiverse nonsense to Raine while she looks at me like I'm some nutjob. 8D In fact, I could tell campfire stories about the Animated---especially tales of the Landshark and literal giftrape. rofl
If we're sticking to our real selves, I'm pretty much open to any topic. smile They'd have to start the conversation, though, as I'm not very good at starting one. I'm pretty shy, to boot. I know I'll be laughing my a** off wherever my conversation with Colette would go.
I'd also most likely be staring quietly at Kratos until he snaps at me or something. xd

XD ok! this is going to be awesome!
For Lloyd:
I would totally ask him to teach me all the dwarven vows! Then After I have them all memorized, I would make a song about them and make everyone in the group sing it! (Including Katos xd )
Collette:
I would most likely put a rock under her foot when she isn't paying attention and watch her create a domino effect with the other characters and eventually fall into a pot of Raine's Poisoned curry of doom Curry Suprise! then I would be free to LOL at her all I want!

Kratos:
I would sit quietly away from him, and glare. Then after 20 minutes of akward staring I would stand up and yell " YOU ARE NOT MY FATHER!!!!"
then I would run away into the shadows. xd hahaha, oh sweet Star Wars jokes.
Regal:
I would walk up to him and say
o_o How do you change your clothes?! Better yet, how do Eat and go to the bathroom?!?! .....actually, nevermind, I don't think I want to know. gonk
Zelos:
He would most likely approach me first. Trying to get me infatuated by his QUOTE "Masculine Sexiness" END QUOTE. I would then proceed to slap him across the face once, then wait for a few seconds, then kick him in his nether regions. rofl Then I would say, : -inser sarcasm here- "So what is it you wanted to do tonight again?" xd
Wow that was a long response. XD
As for the other characters, I definately have something funny to say, but i'll spare you all a 5 mile long post of doom. xp

The 4 people most likely I'd talk to easily would be Raine, Kratos, Regal, and Lloyd... Ok, maybe not talk to easily, just better conversations then the rest. sweatdrop
Raine: Studies on diffferent ruins.
Regal: Cooking, how his company doing.
Lloyd: Dwarven vows... sweatdrop
Kratos: I'd want see him drunk and let his guard down. See what he has to say like that. twisted

Omg this would be so much fun! First of all I woud want to have cool tales of clothes to make me not seem out of place more than I already was. lol I'd then go talk to whoever:
Lloyd: So who do you really like? Sheena or Collete. Choose carefully. After he tells me I'd shout it out loud to everyone. If I'd live after that I'd talk to:
Sheena: So why can't they just make another Corrine a the lab? Like seriously? If they had made her the first time, why not again I ask? And why do you get mad for jokes at your jooblies? *gets kicked* If I'd live after that comment, next would be:
Collete: Uhm........hi..........yeah next person:
Presea: So how is that grudge against Regal killing your sister goin?
Genis: Why would you use that weapon and are you secretly gay for LLoyd?
Raine: Plz plz plz go into ruin mode for me? :3
Regal: Aww don't worry, just make sure the next girl you fall in love with doesn't have an exspehere. Btw your cooking is better than Genis'.
Zelos: ......WOMANIZER!!!!!!!!!!! XDDD *high fives*

And if I lived another day after that conversation I'd moce to talk to Emil and Marta......but I won't put those here. They'd be pages.

Well Sheena and I would probably get together and talk about the traditions of her village, swap funny childhood stories and complain about Idiot Chosen (it's a term of endearment, really!)
With Raine I would love to have a conversation with her about ruins because I love ruins, probably as much as she does. I would then try to teach her cooking using the principles of magi technology architecture.
Kratos and I would have a serious talk about parenting and I would like to know why he stayed away from Lloyd so much and let Dirk take all the responsibility of raising Lloyd.
I would ask Lloyd to teach me the dwarven vows because I just think they are neat. And I personally happen to like Dwarven Vow #7, even if Lloyd thinks it's corny. Then I would probably try to get him to teach me dwarven craftsmanship skillz.

Would be cool to talk to any of the nine characters. I would find it quite interesting.
Most of each of them, I'd like to talk to Lloyd, Colette, and Kratos.

Hmm, what I was actually doing with the group would probably have an impact on my conversation options. After all, Raine doesn't trust people at first and she's probably the one I would enjoy talking to the most due to my love of ruins, language, learning, ect.
No offense to Collette, but she's probably a bit too idiotic for me to get along with her in conversation. As Regal stated "When talking to Collette the topic of conversation always goes out the window." I might have the same problems with Lloyd, although he's generally not quite as dense. Rather surprising that Collette is actually the older of the two...
Zelos and I happen to be closest in age, and I would certainly enjoy his company. I would probably flirt right back but not actually let him get anywhere, much to his disappointment xD
If I could get him to be serious, the conversation would probably run a bit more smoothly because I wouldn't have to slap his hands away every five minutes.
I think Sheena and I could probably converse fairly easily, as I can identify with a lot of things she says/does.
Presea isn't much of one for conversation, so I probably wouldn't even try.
The same can be said of Kratos, although I wouldn't mind talking to him.
There's a rather large age gap between Genis and I, so I don't know how well I'd be able to talk to him either, especially since I'm a member of the race he hates. I'd make sure to treat him with respect though, to not give him a worse impression of human-kind in general than he already has.
I probably wouldn't talk to Regal because he's so much older. I have difficulty talking to older adults, even though I technically am an adult myself.

If I were camping out with this group, I might make a complete a** of myself. Not on purpose of course.
Lloyd: Would probably threaten to steal and sell his swords while he was asleep unless he taught me how to craft.
Rain: Cracks up laughing whenever she goes into Ruin-mode and ends up being kicked. Eats everything or anything she cooks and passes out, later bluntly stating that it was the greatest thing I'd ever eaten.
Genis: Takes his kodama and starts playing with it, likely smacking someone in the head and ending my game.
Kratos: silently following him wherever he goes.
Zelos: Becoming brutally violent whenever he flirts with me (I'm a girl!)
Collete: Tries to talk to to her about random topics, but easily becomes confused with the way the conversation goes.
Sheena: Copies her outfit and tries to learn her skills by mimicking her all the time.

raine:probly not the best idea but say that ruins suck infront of her...*gets kicked by raine*

zelos:ask to go with him when he goes to get another woman... whee
presea:... stare
regal:ask him how he dresses with handcuffs on...really how does he do that?
