I want to eat that pi...
How many sides does a circle have? My first answer would probably be infinite. We can see this by going into virtually any 3-D modeling program. If you create a cylinder, the program will generally start you off with an object that might appear similar to two stop signs connected by a shaft. Those two stop signs are the circles. If you increase the resolution of the object, the polygon count increases, as do the sides of the two "circles". If one follows this logic, for a "perfect" circle, it would continually increase this object resolution until it could not go any higher...infinity.
Of course, the question is hard to answer, and subject to interpretation. I decided to look up some info on the matter, and found that the question REALLY gets confusing if you're talking about a circular disk in a 3-D space. But I like my answer...and I'm sticking to it.
As a side note...mmmmm, pants...

You don't want 'two' as an answer, do you? The inside and the outside!
But if you graph a circle on a calculator, it has two parts.
Or maybe I can say... No sides.

Thanks again to the pants, Sage. I'd just like to say to everyone present that I may be a whore, but mama didn't raise no fool.
And Blue, e is still a number that confuses the living s**t out of me. It's right up there with Calculus (all of it) as my most loathed math aspect.

GoldDiggingWhore thedenomerator Calculus is my favorite subject! I'm sorry. Why would you be sorry? You didn't offend me at all. Or did you mean that you're sorry that I like calc? xp You are the most grammatically correct out of anyone here, so it'll be difficult to offend me. And you're nice. You get two bonus points for that. mrgreen
