When they're not out fighting, the Vizards need a place to rest, recuperate and train. That place is an old mansion placed on the outskirts of town in the woods. There is enough space for all the Vizards to live together. A mile below the mansion in the "basement" is a huge training area similar to the one under Urahara's shop.

Priest found himself sitting on a large pillar in the courtyard just behind the mansion. He was watching a bird nest its young in the tree before him. Between his lips sat a candy cigarette that released sweet smelling smoke. "Mmm blue raspberry my favorite." He whispered to himself as he inhaled the sweet essence. He yawned and stretched his arms up and then outward, as he grew very board. He hopped down from the pillar and slowly walked into the mansion shuffling his feet and humming a soft tune. He pulled out his iPod and unwrapped his earbuds. One in each ear he turned the song to "On the wing" by Owlcity. Still humming he looked around and found his fellow Vizard to not be around. "...Sushite?" He said at a tone that he was fairly sure she would hear. "You in here?"

Sushite appeared next to Priest, having been reading in her room. "What is it, my unusual companion?" she asked, pulling out one earbud. She wasn't particularly happy to have been forced away from her book. But she let it go. She was a generally happy person by nature, even if her past boasted otherwise.

"Oh!?" Priest said startled, "Did I interrupt you?" he said allowing his earbud to dangle. "Sorry I just wanted to know what you might be doing tonight. It's getting late and if you want dinner I need to know." He said with a smile. It was his turn to cook for she had the day before and he enjoyed doing so.

"Oh, yeah, food! Good idea!" she said eyes widening and the corners of her mouth pulling up. She loved eating, especially since she never gained after gorging herself. "I would kill for some miso soup with black miso. I know it's too salty to be healthy but it's so good!"

Priest laughed at her and turned off his iPod with the push of a button. "Well seeing as I can't make Miso so great I suppose I'll run off for take out." He said taking a few steps toward the door. He turned on his heel, his sandals making a gripping sound, and faced his fellow Vizard. "Would you like anything else?" He asked relieving his mouth of the candy cigarette and then munching on it till it was gone. Acting playfully he made Om nom sounds as he ate the candy. "Well?"

"Hmm, no I'm good," she said. "Hurry back, though. It's about time I trained you." With that, she sat down, crossed her legs and began meditating. Hopefully, Priest would get the message and get her something to eat. She could feel the hunger starting to mess with her temper and she really didn't want to yell at her fellow Vizard. She sent out a pesquisa and noted all the nearby souls of animals. Having checked for enemies, she nodded as if to signal to her companion that things were safe.

Priest saw her nod and shupoed out the large wooden door way.
He returned shortly carrying to takeout boxes. One held two bowls of Miso. The other held four rice balls. "I'm back!" He said as he placed all the food on the kitchen counter. He took two rice balls and st them on a small plate. He then removed one of the bowls and sat it on the kitchen table beside the rice balls. He took a bite from one of his rice balls and ate a spoon of the soup. "Mmmm. It's really good." He said taking in another bite of rice.

Sushite opened one eye then stood and jogged over to Priest and the food. She then busily began stuffing her face, all while studying her companion and working on a training strategy. "So far you're capable of summoning your mask but I don't know how long," she said between bites of her second rice cake. "So the first thing we'll do is find out and work to lengthen that time if needed. Then afterward I think it would be reasonable to work on ceros. Any questions?"

He shook his head after finishing second rice cake. He slurped down the last of the soup and sat back in his chair. "Good right?" He said with a simple , happy smile. "So we going down to train?" He said referring to the large area beneath their home. It was very large and still baffled him to think how they built it. "I love going down there. It's like I was born their...In a sense." He always felt different down there. He'd taken control of his hollow there and as such it was, what he called, his birth place.

Sushite smiled at her companion and nodded. She found his enthusiasm encouraging. Quickly, the stood and deposited the remains of their meal in a trash can then walked down a hallway to the entrance of an empty room. A katana formed in her hand from the reishi gathered in the room. Her all black zanpaktou, Waki-Nakama glowed for a brief moment, held out straight in front of her, pointing at the opposite wall. With a low rumble, the floor of the room dropped in long narrow slabs. When the groaning finished, a set of stairs extended in front of her, running downward and away from her. She tied her sheathed zanpaktou around her waist and positioned it so it rested sideways. "So," she said when she reached the bottom of the stairs. "Here we shall fight. The rules: you may not use Shikai or Bankai and you must keep your mask on for as long as possible. You may only use your fists, unreleased zanpaktou and shunpo. Nothing else."

"Got it.." He said at her side. "Shall we began.?" He said shupoing fifty feet away. He then put his hand up to his face, preparing to form his mask. As his mask formed the dirt around him shifted and rose off the ground in a flurry of earth and dirt. The dirt settled and a cloud of sand flowed behind him. As the cloud left it revealed Clark crouched on the ground with his mask in his hand before his face. His mask was a plain white masquerade mask, and he slowly slipped it on. "I'm ready." He said feeling the power serge within himself. It felt good, scary, heavy, enlightening ,and crazy all at once.

Sushite nodded then smiled. "Tell me, what was your limit at last count?" she asked, not bothering to draw Waki-Nakama or summon her mask. She was afraid she'd over-do it and really hurt him if she started unleashing her power too early. She was sure he'd be sore if she announced to him that she was holding back for safety's sake. In truth, underneath her desire to limit herself was another primitive to just go nuts. That was her damn inner hollow. She was too skilled at suppressing it so it had resigned itself to subtler ways of "persuasion."

"Two or three hours." It was nowhere near her length but it would do for now. He shunpoed behind her and launched a kick at her back. "Beginning." He said as his foot got closer to her back.

Sushite shunpoed, reappearing behind him. This was going to be fun. She tapped him on the shoulder then stepped to the side in preparation for a possible counter-attack. She found this highly enjoyable and resolved to not get serious unless she felt he would benefit from it. Right now she wanted to allow him to warm up and really buckle down. He'd get his chance to see her mask later. When she felt he was ready.
