Hollows are kept in check and are monitored daily for any signs of activity, the Vizard share an uneasy peace with the Shinigami, and Aizen's organization has crumbled. Now, suppose it wasn't like this in a plane seperate of ours. What would it be like?
In a parallel universe, everything is in ruins. Sereitei has been under siege for countless ages, threatening its very existence. Teenagers are enlisted to be trained by Shinigami to fight for them. Hollows run rampant throughout the human world, consuming life as we know it. Sheer chaos rips through everything. The Soul City stands on the brink of collapse, and the only thing stopping its destruction is the small band of the Gotei 13.
