Welcome

Hello, and welcome to the Otogakure Medical Centre. This is where a lot of you will be spending your fighting life, though it's not all exclusive, no... Those who are prone to injury, accidents, or the wrath of our glorious Kage will be taking up residence here as well.

Description

This is just a normal Medical Centre, and there is nothing particularly abnormal about it. There are beds, medical personnel, and the sick and dying.

Rules

As with any civil institutions, we have rules, and all are to abide by them under threat of severe consequences.

1. This is not your love nest, and I will have none of that...Love-thing while you are here.
2. No fighting is permitted. This is a institute for the sick, injured, and dying. If you need to fight any of the previous, well... I must say you don't need to be alive then, do you?
3. There will be no senseless wandering around these corridors. There are plenty of other places for those useless individuals to meander without meaning. They do not need to waste space in my Hospital.
4. I am in full control here. I may warp these rules and bend them to my will whenever I see fit. This is to be understood above all else; this is my domain.

Summary

I am the one in charge here. Therefore, you are wrong and I am right, and you may find somewhere else to..."Hang Out" if you can not follow these simple guidelines. And with that, I bid you ado.

Slowly, a pair of deep blue eyes slipped open, their sight still hazed from a mixture of painkillers and sleep-borne tears. Her head rolled to the side, sea-green locks of short hair drifting lazily across her face, partially concealing whatever hadn't been covered in bandages. What flesh managed to show through was as eerily blue as her eyes, the tattoo ink still fresh in her skin.

Despite her apparent hint of consciousness, the girl still didn't seem quite right. Her eyes stared half-listlessly, and her hands were too lazy to wipe the sleep from their corners. Indeed, after a while, she began mumbling, her voice soft at first but eventually raising to a dull string of murmured, senseless words.

"...mother, father, and baby, oh my! Mother, father, and baby, oh my! Franzie-anzie-anzisco! The Archduke is hungary...Follow the blue road back home...back home to Dorothy and her O-Toto! Must find Dorothy and O-Toto! Mother, father, and baby, oh my...!"

A shady figure, known well across Otogakure as the second in command; Kabuto, walked down the hall, observing his sparse staff of medical ninja wandering about to different dead and dying residence of his stereotypical hospital. The place always intrigued him, because of the constant flow of power, and even more constant flow of testable subjects. The consent of the patients, he found, was so much easier to get when they were unconscious.

Anyways, his current interest happened to be a special case that had presented itself to the hospital, in a nice blue packaging. A special case, as it was. Making his way to her small, clinically, white room, the silver haired healer opened the door, observing the near motionless body resting on the bed. With a slight chuckle, and an ever present smirk, the bespectacled Jounin came to the girl's bed, looking over her, like an owl over it's prey. His eyes flashing with an unknown excitement, as he watched her, and listened to her babble on incoherently, the drug he had personally administered having taken effect some time before.

The girl's blue eyes kept rolling this-way and that, staring at anything that presented itself to their dulled gaze. She couldn't really make out anything, partially due to the haze and partially due to the all-white nature of the room. Her new companion was thus little more than an eye sore of new colors and shapes, one that quickly drew their focus--or, what little focus they had, anyway. Indeed, while they generally gravitated toward the color-blob, they kept rolling off to one side or the other, only to be drawn back like some magnetic pull.

For a moment, her babbling softened into silence, and she just laid there and stared, "studying" her new companion. A few dull moments passed, until at last her face, by now upside-down to the other, turned into a look of pure, oblivious concern, and she continued babbling in what the other would probably perceive as little more than more senseless chatter, "...Have you seen Franzisco Ferdie-erdie-erdinand? He's the hungary Archduke, and he's helping me find Dorothy and her Ototo."

If she recognized anything about the slowly-clearing figure before her, she certainly didn't show it.

The smirk never left his face as she continued to babble on and on about nothing at all, seemingly attempting to focus on Kabuto himself as he gazed over her. It all had an amusing charm, really, and he gained a sort of sadistic amusement from her reaction to the drugs, and other painkillers he had given to her when she arrived.

Then, she actually began to speak directly to him, sort of, it wasn't all that understandable, but he chuckled and decided to play along with it, obviously amused. "No, I can't say I have seen him, but I'll be sure to say hello when I do."

Oddly enough, the person with a reputation for heartless actions, and striking fear into the hearts of many, was being surprisingly kind to the patient. He adjusted her pillows, straightened her strewn blankets, and smiled, almost, sincerely the entire time he watched over her. Surprisingly enough, he took his position as a medical ninja very seriously, and therefore had a rather polite, and friendly bedside manner, but appearances should always be looked further into, because it had no reflection in his position as Orochimaru's "b***h-boy"...And other positions he held.

Suddenly all the curiosity and childish awe flooded out of the blue girl's face, replaced by a wave of almost sheer depression, and she softly half-murmured and half-groaned, "Ohhhhhhhh.........." She was silent for a moment, completely oblivious to whatever the decidedly-male-figure was doing to the soft stuff around her, then she whispered sadly, "...Saiyelle thought she finally found a friend..."

A moment passed with her like this, her sinking mood going so far as to start rolling her head further to the side, which inevitably began to pull it, her shoulders, and the beginnings of her torso off the edge of the bed closest the male-color-blob-thing. When she was half-hanging off her mattress, a thought suddenly struck life back into her gaze. She didn't even bother righting herself before continuing her questioning, which resulted in a rather intimate interrogation of the color-blob's male parts.

"Where are we? Have you seen Dorothy?"

Kabuto had stopped paying much mind to the things she had been saying as he went about actual work, and acted more like a nurse than the creepy stalker he had started off as. Lazily he picked up a few tools from a nearby desk, and placed them in the correct drawers, waiting for his amusement to do something else to occupy his time, but that quickly ran out as an activity. Oh well...

Then, as he returned to her bedside, and Kabuto could barely hear what he was asked. Something about Dorothy...Nothing important, that didn't even sound like much of a name to him, to be honest. Nothing she had been saying made any real logical sense to him, but he had rolled with it.

"Well...Um..." He began, unsure of what to do in this instance, as it didn't take him that long to figure out why it had been hard to hear her. She hadn't been talking to him at all, she had been talking to his groin region, which only aloud him to c**k his eyebrow, before finally sayingl; "You're in a hospital right now. As for Dorothy, well...I can't really help you there, she must be away right now." He replied, putting on his best smile-esque thing.

More disappointment, a sigh, and continued sliding, until the top of Saiyelle's head hit the linoleum. "Aww...So Saiyelle still has to find Dorothy and her Ototo..."

She sighed, eyes rolling to the side, then suddenly she got an idea. Twisting her torso around, she used her arms to pull her body the rest of the way out of her bed, all her limbs moving to contract around the man-thing's legs while her wide-eyed and beaming face stared straight up. Her grin threatened to slice her chin clear from her cheeks, and she giggled almost inanely, "Mr. Color Blob will help Saiyelle find Dorothy and his Ototo!!!"

Kabuto couldn't catch the crazed girl before he managed to fall clear on her head...She'd feel that one tomorrow, and to make it worse, she managed to crawl from her bed, and slither her way up Kabuto's leg. "Well, you need help, that's for sure..." The bespectacled Oto-nin muttered to himself, lifting his leg, and carrying the girl with her. This threw off his balance some, and he had to grab the bar on the side of the bed to steady him.

With a sigh, Kabuto reached into his front pouch, located at his waist, and grabbing a vile of unknown liquid. Glancing down at his new attachment, he hobbled somewhat to a drawer and grabbed a syringe. This'd help alright.

He had no issue injecting the medicine into his assailant, as she was rather tightly wound around his leg at that moment, and wasn't putting up much of a fight, but was still sporting a freaky smile. Whatever, the liquid would sober her up within a few minutes, and negate the effect of the painkillers that were distorting her thoughts, and making her act odd. That was what the silver-haired healer had come to do anyways, he had just prolonged it for his own amusement.

Saiyelle kept right on babbling, totally ignorant of what the man-thing was doing, going on and on about "Dorothy" and "Ototo" and her quest to find both, though she couldn't remember for the life of her what--

"GYAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!" she suddenly shrieked, arms and legs suddenly releasing their captive to scramble her self back and back and back until she slammed into the nearest thing behind her, which was probably either a wall or a tool cart. Either way, her hands went about the rabid and ultimately unsuccessful task of trying to fish the syringe out of her body, either because it had fallen out, beyond her reach, or still in the man-thing's hand. In any case, she suddenly turned a glowering face up to him, and she all but screamed, "Mr. Color Blob is supposed to be Saiyelle's friend, not--"

Again the ADD kicked in, and she completely forgot what she was talking about, her eyes growing wide and staring as her head tilted in curiosity, and she murmured, one hand moving to rub her chin, "...say...Mr. Color Blob looks kinda familiar now that he's not a color blob...What's Mr. Color Blob's name?"

The effect of the medicine didn't seem to come as quick as Kabuto had hoped, not that it mattered all that much, he was still finding some minor amusement in Saiyelle's actions. Especially when she freaked out at his random sticking her with the syringe. Though she'd find that he had pulled the spiked container from her neck before she could pull away causing too much damage to herself.

After a moment of spazzing out again, the blue girl before him seemed to become distracted by something. In this case it was his appearances that made her curious, apparently he looked familiar.

"You'll learn who I am in due time..." The silver haired Kabuto began, walking towards the odd girl before him slowly, as he began to speak again. "As for right now, you need to get back into bed before you hurt yourself too much...Or anyone else for that matter." As he flashed another friendly smile at her, hoping he had earned enough trust to be aloud to pick her up and place her back into the bed.

Bending down, he made an attempt to do just that, hoping she had tired her weakened self too much to struggle as much as she would probably want to.

Saiyelle just stared at the man-thing as he spoke, then returned his smile with a crazed one of her own, holding her arms out and up,preparing to cling to him with both arms and legs when he picked her up. As she waited, her mind still twisted around his familiarity, and she spaced out for a time.

Somewhere between that point and before reaching her bed, the memory suddenly sprung to the forefront of her mind--perhaps it was the closeness to his face?--and her head suddenly snapped around so her widened eyes could stare straight into his. "HEY! I know..." she gasped, her head slowly putting two and two together, one hand slipping out from her grasp to prod in the dead center of his forehead.

She thought just a moment longer, then suddenly her limbs tightened, face dousing itself in pure ecstatic glee, her face almost touching his as she continued screaming, "YOU'RE YAKUSHI KABUTO FROM THE MOVIE POSTER FOR 'WANTED'!!!"

Then, in every bit the manner of a crazed fangirl...

"CAN I HAVE YOUR AUTOGRAPH?!?! 8D 8D 8D"

Surprisingly for the medical-nin, he had little to no problems getting her into the bed, but after he had managed to put her down, and check her wounds, shouted something loud that both shocked and stunned him into place. He hadn't even comprehended what she had said until almost a full minute after she had excitedly, and scarily, taken complete notice of who he was. "Wait...What?" Kabuto asked, entirely confused by the sudden turn of events. 'My autograph...?' He asked himself internally, before turning around to entirely face the patient.

"No, I'm not doing autographs today..." He answered, half-heartily, his glasses shining ominously in the light that entered the room from a single over-head ceiling fixture. His smirk never leaving his face as he looked down at the over-excited person that laid before him.

It seemed her entire face melted, the pursuing pout was so big! She brought her knees up, her little feet padding in rapid succession against her mattress in her little fuss, her hands balling grips of sheets into tight fists. "Awwwwwwww...but Yaku-Kabu-san...!!!" She re-adjusted herself to sit upon the flats of her shins, and she began to bounce her fisted knuckles off her mattress like some sort of awkward gorilla, the top of her feet kicking behind her. "Whyyy?"

Then her bouncing and kicking stopped, her fists mounted stiffly atop the bed before she began to slouch, slowly slipping down again, though her big, now-watering eyes remained locked on Kabuto. "But you're famous! The flier said you played Dorothy!!! Or at least I think it did...When I finally get to Ototo I wanna show him your autograph so she'll like me, and then maybe she'll let me stay in Ototo!!!"

...either she had a serious pronoun problem, or something was simply not right with this one.

Actually...it was probably a little of both.

Kabuto didn't have any clue what the hell the bat-s**t insane one before him was going on and on again, and quite frankly he didn't care much about, so much as why the medicine had not made her make any logical sense. "I never played Dorothy, and I have no idea what you're talking about..." Kabuto said, observing her little tantrum with a face that read that he had no idea what he was supposed to do in this situation short of sedating her, which would just make the whole ordeal go full circle, or killing her, which wouldn't make much sense in this particular case.

To be honest, the bespectacled ninja was happy she had calmed herself down, because Kabuto was about to quiet her with a blow to a pressure point if it hadn't been soon. "You need to calm yourself, and speak like you have some sense, or else I can't help you with your...Quest." Kabuto said, catering some to the crazy, but still basically telling her to make some sense before talking to him again at the same time. Worse was, this was not the craziest person he had ever had to deal with, but normally he had the pleasure of causing this behaviour in people. This was like the product without the fun of getting to that point, and he didn't appreciate that in the least.
