Otogakure (音隠れの里, Otogakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in Sound" wink is Orochimaru's personal village, founded for the express purpose of collecting ninja for his experiments and quest to learn jutsu. In actuality, Oto is not really a village, but a group of hideouts and bases scattered through out the Land of Sound and other countries. This guild represents a place where all of these bases as well as the Otokage's main base may be accessed in one convenient area.
