But let's move on to something else.

Who are your sax idols and if you don't have any, what style of playing do you like best? Hopefully people will be able to recommend artists that suit each others tastes.

I dont have any 'idols', per se. I just like the sound.

As for my style...

I like the process of transcription. That is, taking songs and twisting them to work on the sax. At least that's what I do with them. I'm currently working on TWO, but it would help to have a saxophone, I suppose. I really need to shop more.
