wigs:
http://www.cosworx.com (I really do recommend them! They also have more than just wigs. They have shoes, makeup, and wonderflex.)
http://www.amphigory.com/wigs.html (they have makeup as well.)
http://www.pettingzoowigs.com/wigs.html (Kate Blair's wig shop. Good wig tips here. But pretty pricy for a custom-made wig.)

Fabric stores/Craft Supplies:
Joann's (located at Parklane on Lincoln + Oliver + Harry as well as inside of Towne West)... they always have sales on fabric every saturday and don't forget to pick up their coupon books because you can get a quick discount that way. biggrin
Walmart (eh, you can trip over those) may have less selection, but you can find some scraps that you can use for costumes.
Hobby Lobby (on both East and West sides, can't remember where West one is, but East one is at Brittany Square on 21st street) if you need more materials that Joann's doesn't seem to have, this would help.
Michael's (don't remember their location atm, sorry) would be helpful too!

Patterns (the ones that are buyable in person can be found at walmart, joann's, hobby lobby, hancock fabrics...)
