ANNOUNCEMENTS (and thoughts of the moment....):Last poll of the year. Next week, poll will be put on hold. If anyone has suggestions for a new idea, please do tell. Happy New Year~!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Twenty-eighth poll: Who would host the best New Year's party? (Wed. 12/30) Soooo most people celebrate the new year with a party. Why not the SM gang, too? I think Lita would host the best party. She's a brilliant chef. 'Nuf said. Next on my list would be Mamoru. I prefer Eternal as well. Though Neo Queen Serenity is a close second. Those two, because they are both more mature razz
It took 5 seasons but finally in the last, I felt like Usagi was bearable.
Despite being all emo angst over Mamoru.
Maybe I prefer her in the 5th cuz I like Seiya XD
Neo Queen Serenity doesn't seem to act like Usagi much at all Lmao, so that would be why I like her. The others all irritate me. “Guardian of the Gate of Death, I’m searching for the New World”

Good enough for me. I never really considered that they were more mature, actually. XD It just hit me. Probably just because she's older in both. 5 seasons, and you still don't like her? Oy....

Neo-Queen showed us Usagi actually will grow up in the future! ...though I wonder what she did to make sure Mamoru didn't leave her...=/

I just purchased the 2 box sets of the whole season and am watching them from the beginning... I have never seen the 1st season before and sometimes I have to take a break! rofl

I love Princess Serenity. I think that she is simply beautiful in the manga and I like the quiet strength she possess when she goes in to battle. I am not a fan of hers during the Silver Millennium though. Don't know why.

Yep, it is the old kingdom.
I don't think it's that. I think for the most part it is because in the anime she is pretty boring in the Silver Millennium; your typical damsel in distress.

I love Princess Sailor Moon. Not only is the outfit cute, but I like that version of her. It a very ..-in my mind- realistic portrayal of Princess Serenity. I mean, it's mirrored in real life at times too. The Parents are the nicest, giving people in the world- but the kid's a total brat.
*Ahem* The same can be applied to Princess Serenity cause..I mean as far as we know, her mother's a single mom running a kingdom. Filled with people and daily problems-especially solving ones with Earth and all.
She's bound to be very busy and spends a little time with her child when she can, but it's not enough for P.Serenity.
I can see -why- Endymion would be the most important person ever to her.
Her senshi are all older then she is, so I'd expect them to be quite mature and not able to do the things she probably would've liked. (Kinda like how Chibiusa was before she had Hotaru or her own team to relate to. )
And then you have Endymion, always talking to her, spending a lot of time with her, showing her Earth paying a -lot- of attention to her. I can see why she fell for him so hard.
So when he died, she was both enraged and didn't believe she could live without him- thus what she did was..yeah.

Her entire thing in PGSM was awesome to me because she could both wreck havoc and at the same time, heal. P.Sailor Moon's attitude contrasts sharply with Usagi's in this.
It makes Usagi seem..better and realistic.

Ah, quite understandable then, Vivid. No one cares for a damsel in distress.
And a good explanation on how she got to thinking she couldn't live without Endymion. Still rash, but more understandable now.
You actually chose Princess Sailor Moon. Wow...I didn't know she existed until I saw her on Wiki, actually. She definitely didn't sound nice; I expected the princess to be more loving, even with her loss.

Well, you have to understand -her- logic and why she did it. I mean it's obvious she wasn't that very close to her guardians. And you really can only expect so much from a young woman.
She might have been nice and loving towards others- maybe even kind- but in the situation she was in -well I think of it this way: You can still be alone in a crowd.
That is how I think P. Serenity might have felt. (Just like Chibiusa in the Manga/Anime if she didn't have Pluto/Asteroid senshi and Hotaru. She started out very alone because she's the only one there. It took Pluto's death to make her realize what she had.)
Only, with P. Serenity she didn't even have that.
It's actually the same type of selfishness she shows in the manga too (And..anime more or less) she commits suicide after seeing Endymion had been killed. Disregarding her station, her responsibilities-everything.
...I kinda want to do a short story about P. Serenity being the only survivor left with just Artemis for company. o-o

Definitely interesting there. So because she was alone and seeemed to only have Endymion to understand her (everyone else said they were forbidden and whatnot), I guess it would seem reasonable-- not reasonable really XD-- to end her life, since her "life" was killed. Or something like that. D:
And I agree that Sailor Moon's outfit and attacks are pretty cool, Diao. ^_^
