I don't think this is wuch a good idead. for a few reasons... a few of these "best" are riged... such as Mods.... I mean we only have 5 mods meaninds the other non-mods can't win....
And the "best rater" thing.... there is pretty much only one rater in this guild....
and then there are the people who don't win anything... xp how will they feel? Huh?
I duno.... I just think this isn't such a good idea.
