North of the village near the Meulla River, there was a simple field where the wind blew softly. The music of the daylight seemed to be all around you; birds were singing loudly and the water seemed to bubble. There are scents of many different flowers that seemed to mix perfectly together. As you look around, you find that there is only one person here. He is a party colored Datsi with thousands of different colors all over his body. Somehow his strange fur seems to fit just perfectly in this atmosphere. Approaching him, you realize that the little guy is sleeping; though it looks as though he is just waiting for someone to approach him.
Though brand new to adulthood, Jirachi found himself looking for a mate. When the transformation had occured, it gave his little heart an empty feeling; he knew there was no one to share the excitement with. No matter who the Datsi talked to, they just ended up leaving him alone in the end. Saddened by the one thing he had waiting so long for, he make his way to the best spot around; falling into a deep sleep the second he arrived. Now, sweet dreams filled his head and caused little smiles to appear on his face.

Sugar walked into the clearing--the field and looked around, her bright, happy eyes falling at once on the figure sleeping in the sun. She tilted her head to the side, then gave a little smile, walking over, her paws meeting the ground lightly. When she reached the other sleeping figure, she reached out a paw, tapping him lightly. "Hello?" She asked, voice light, cute and rather high-pitched. "It's too nice of a day to sleep,"

Fae rolled over and stared up at the sky. She loved cloud watching, but today, there didn't seem to be any. She sat up, and looked over to Jirachi's sleeping form, and Sugar standing there. She was rather bored, so she decided to walk over.
"Hi! I'm Fae! What's your name?" she asked Sugar. "Jirachi shouldn't be sleeping! It's too nice out!" She gently nudged his side.

The older Jirachi yawned, rather annoyed at the fact that he was awoken. Sunny days like this warmed his fur, causing him an irresistable urge to sleep. As he looked up towards the two figures above him, a slight smile crossed his expression. One seemed to be his little friend Fae; although she wasn't older enough, she really was a sweetie. The other Datsi he did not recognize, she seemed to be fairly new.
"Hello there," he managed to sigh. Deciding that there was no way out of this, the elder got up and stretched. Although he wasn't quite used to the new body, he could manage daily activities; sometimes more clumsily then the other adults. "I'm Jirachi, as Fae managed to say." Noticing the age of the girl, a wide smile replaced his other smaller one; she was his first adult friend. Deciding to talk about the weather, he remarked, "It is quite nice, though the sun makes me very drowsy indeed. The heat on my fur just feels so good, you know?"

Sugar smiled at Fae. "Hello there, little one. My name is Sugar, I'm very pleased to meet you. Her eyes then slid to Jirachi's. "The weather is very nice today," She agreed, then sat down and gave a yawn. "I must say, I prefer a light rain...you know, the kind where it's still sunny, but cool enough not to bake? The kind of weather where there can be rainbows..."

"Rainnn..." he said with a slight smile as he closed his eyes. The idea of little drops of water trickling down his back made Jirachi extra relaxed. If it wasn't for the two currently gathered around him, the Datsi would have easily fallen back asleep. "I love the feel of water as the little drops fall on your head." Then, he took the time to try and imitate the sound that rain made; 'bloop' and 'bwap' tending to be the common noise that came out of his mouth.
Laughing slightly, the boy thought about the rest Sugar had said to him. "Rainbows! Who needs them?" Strutting around like he was king of the hill, Jirachi replied simply, "I am Mr. Pinata; or more importantly your personal rainbow." Bowing to the other adult, he finished off with a polite, "At your service!"
