My band teacher is really CRAZY...he was trying to explain the air stream we need and then he used a chair for an example and then the next thing is he kicked it into the wall. Also when one of my band mates had the hiccups he slammed the stand to the floor...just to surprise her...

My band director is so crazy that she lied to the police in Disneyworld when one of the seniors got put in jail for shoplifting. She said that we had already left Florida so we couldn't come and get him when in reality, we would be in the park for about 5 more hours.

My band director is VERY crazy.
He made me and a few other people switch through a whole bunch of instruments, which was seriously pointless stare

My band director is the best kind of crazy imaginable! =D
On most of the stands tunes that he has to write music for, he makes a nickname for himself, like Philipe Porterez and Robert Livingston (or something like that.) XD
And we constantly have parties, even though they are strictly prohibited in our school. (We havin' one tomorrow! ;D)

lol sticky is that true...one time a person wanted to quit band and then she asked y and asked for her mother's phone # to call her..i was like "y cant she join but in my head...i was scared too lol

Well, to start off, my band director is a vampire. He died in a drill-writing accident and came back to direct our band. (That's just a story we've made up about him. He supports it though! xD)
Let's see...it's hard to tell when he's angry or happy. When we're marching, we sometimes glance up at him and if he's screaming and kicking the fence in front of him....it either means he's super excited about what we just did or he's furious. He loves licorice too and if he's in a good enough mood, he'll throw it at us. That way we get to eat it. xD
He also participates in most weird things that our band does and we often leave presents for him on the podium. He's dressed up in a grass skirt before as well as carrying around a giant stuffed unicorn that someone left up there. (Well, he actually wore it since it had a hole in the middle to make it look like you're riding it.)
Those are the main ones I can think of right now. I know that there are many more.

our bd acts like one of us most of the time. most of the inside jokes we have from this past year either come from him or he knows about them really well

Hmmm, well my middle school band director wa the craziest band director I've ever had. When Iwas in 6th grade he was violent. He was writing something on the wipe board, and he flung around and threw the marker at the wall. Another time he slammed his hand on the piano and broke it. He also broke the door leading to his office. another time he threw a stand and broke it. Needless to say, he's not loner with our school.
Now my current high scool director is a little crazy. When we play very large, angry, angelic or places where the key goes from major to minor, he gets CRAZY EYES. He looks like seiral killer. He also makes weird grunting noises when he counts us off.
